cones, not "chords" . ..small correction. Swamiji meant cones and rods, like the two eyes.
Question: How much of an effect does the lime or calcium hydroxide have on this detoxification of the third eye? ( the turmeric is processed with lime to make it red. ) I have just been putting plain turmeric paste on the area at night. Warning, it stains pillows, and sheets. but the stains can be removed with bleach. It might be good to have a dedicated pillow, for a few months, that is dyed with turmeric! That way the stains will only deepen the yellow. :-)

Where can I find out about the shivalinga? I eat organic food, get non fluoridated spring water, and use safe toothpaste but I know I pick up a lot in the shower.
I heard you can put a filter somehow so the shower water won't have the flouride in it anymore. Maybe ask at home depot how to do it or look on youtube or ask a plumber.

if I apply turmeric at nite will it stain my forehead if so how do I remove the stain? If I purchase kum kum will that stain my forhead. Thank u.
ok... maybe a bit late :D you can remove the yellow color with some oil on a paper towel use whatever oil is best for you.. e.g. olive oil, almond even sunflower etc. some ppl say it works with milk but oil is the way to go
