this was truly amazing, loved the music, loved the minor changes you did while you were modeling, and i appreciate the hard work you even put into this cutting and everything. thanks so much for this!
For all that hard work in 3D modeling, it is nothing more than a 2D render that looks like a painting. IMHO, you could have made this so much more spectacular by doing a drone flyby type video at the end. 5-15 seconds of a flyby would have brought this up to an A+. I am by no means saying that this isn't amazing, because you definitely have skill and it showed.
I am in awe of this. Still starting out my blender journey. The whole 'node' thing baffles me as to what links to what!?😮. Modelling is one thing, but materials etc....that's another story. Can someone tell me if you need a high subdivision to the sculpting? Looks like he mainly uses clay strip tool? When I tried it, nothing worked?
i wish/hope one day that you will consider doing a slower step by step tutorial for this...i would gladly pay to learn how to do what you have done in this video...da vinci would be proud of you ..you are very inspiring and talented x 10000..blessings to you.

Really inspiring. Do you think that learning blender for architecture can somehow improve my workflow when i work in BIM(archicad/revit), maybe for conceptual design, rendering or animations? Or maya would be more suited?
I also work in revit, sometimes it's faster to sketch a concept in polygonal modeling, and then refine it in bim. it doesn't matter which tool is blender or maya
@@sketchinginblender thanks for reply, really helped! Is there a course you would recommend? Do you somehow export import from blender to revit or just do it from scratch again?

Can you please explain what you did at 7:29 to get those evenly spaced cuts on the extended wall... I am a beginner and I wanted to know how to do that since day 1, have to cut manually :(
A method I think could work is make loop cuts, on each place you want squares. And the press ctrl+b , it bevels the loop cuts you just made and then you need to drag untill you get squares ( make sure the bevel is only one subdivison, scroll your mouseweel to change that if it isnt one subdivison). Not sure if he did it this way but I think it might work. Hope I helped you.
Select the face in edit mode and press Ctrl R to add an edge loop and scroll up or down to add or su tract the amount of edge loops u want. After u have placed ure edge loops select all the edges u just made and press Ctrl B. This will turn all ure edge loops into squares
