- Hello everyone. Here's a video filmed out the back of an N set from Waurn Ponds to Geelong which has been reversed for anyone thats interested in seeing what the duplicated tracks from South Geelong to Waurn Ponds looks like (The footage isn't amazing quality, I am not a photographer or anything).

My word, the new works are impressive. I haven't ridden this section since before the upgrades. Many thanks for this, and your idea of 'reverse" recording was brilliant.
Can I ask pls why you weren't riding on the new track extension when testing this out?
As a locomotive driver who retired in 2015, all the infrastructure (not to mention passing signals on the red, till I figured it was reverse), came as a total surprise!
I picked the reverse dopler effect of the signals then spotted cars going reverse in reserve Rd!
Not all of it is double track from Geelong to Waurn Ponds

How come you were going through double red signals, and no horns at crossings??? And ALL road vehicles were going backwards. Is this a late April Fools video????
The video was reversed as stated in the description.
Man those boom gates go down in knick of time if your going any faster they'll still be up
