I have my 2001 xtreme blazer and that’s nice how you got yours that’s how I’m going to do mines but I have 6 12 it’s in the building stage now bout to put a 5.7 vortec in it
Nice truck it looked really nice !!! I hope you didn't screw it up with a vinyl wrap . that's stuffs junk . A nice custom paint job is so much better then a stupid wrap

@@Basscop Don't wrap it trust me that stuff will leave impressions in the paint if you ever take it off and you will want it off once it starts to fade and it will fade there's no way to protect it from the wether . I'm a paint and body guy and ive had to straighten out lots of automobiles that had burnt on vinyl !!! It's a nightmare . Please think of the guy who's going to have to fix it 15 years down the road if you still want to put that trash on that pretty red paint !!!

I had sold my buddy a pair of those Audiopipe tsv 15. Never in hell I thought those fuckin subs would have killed it. On kicker 750.1 man it was stupid
did you have any problems(melting, corrosion) running all Aluminum wire like that??
Where did you pick up the aluminum stock to build ur bus bars?
@Joe Belton that aluminum is actually rub rail for trailers. I picked it up at our local trailer dealership. If I remember correctly I paid $40.00 for a 10' bar

I'd say strap then right now, the 4k's are very sought after now and hard to get.

That's a custom made kit, a buddy cut the metal for me and I pieced the rest together

Hi my name is Chris I'm running four bd2 15 s or at least I'm wanting to... I have them all and I want to run a 4th order in a F-150 extended cab I haven't been able to find any information about how little airspace I need for my sealed enclosure if I have to go with the sealed closure specs from the subwoofer I won't be able to do the build this way it would be more like a one to one.. to get the 1 to 3 specs I need to be able to run two 15 per side sealed with A 3 cubic foot box that's 1.5 per 15 sealed.. if I can't get the specs right for those 15s I'm going to have to end up going to two high end 15 in subwoofers to handle the two 5k soundigital amps or 2/18s
Now I am running 3 bd215 at a 2.65 ohm load (before box rise) with one 5K soundigital and I'm hitting 150.4 on a one pass run of 44 Hertz with no tuning and no sound deadening and the Box isn't mounted.

What fused you asking? I'm fused from front batteries just off the front battery, and just before the rear batteries

Question what's with audiopipe saying min 2ohm load when strapping apcl15001d's? I Currently have 1 running 2 AB XFL 12s at .5ohm and I pound/clip it daily. I would like to be at 1ohm, so re'wired subs yo 2ohm and the amps will see 1ohm. But this 2ohm min claim when strapped is concerning me. Go figure since I run at .5! A friend of mine runs his 1800apcle at .25 daily and has yet to see a problem. So IDK, I am really just trying to reduce the elec strain on my vehicle (although I currently do not drop below 13.7 at night and full tilt) and trying to make these amps last. Thoughts would be much appreciated!
Minimum 2 ohm load because when you strap amps they split the ohm load. So at 2 ohms each strapped amp would see 1 ohm.
@@Basscop that is pretty much what I figured they should have worded it a little bit different for clarity in my opinion
@@Basscop plus the fact that the 3000 is only 2 ohm stable and is essentially to 1500 strapped together it was a little persuasive as well
@@Basscop so I strapped my amps together each one is seeing a .25 ohm load and let me tell you oh boy this shit is crazy loud!

Looks awesome man but PLEASE fix that ground cable in the back where your batteries are. I seen it was chaffed in 3 spots with copper showing
Thanks for the concern, but that's actually paint rub on that wire. I was pretty sure there was no bare spots, but had to look anyway. I reused that particular wire from the last build, so it had a little paint on it.
No fans on the amps?
Nope, dont need them. They have fans built in them, and configured like this they haven't even gotten nearly warm even during 95° at Slamology
