Thank you. Even my PT and doctor didn't know what to make of a pain from the adductor to the rectus ab ridge! the SI joint felt better right away, thanks so much!
Because the groin/adductor pain is symptom of weak glutes medius and the treatment is to deactivate the adductor Magnus (the deepest muscle) and activate the glutes medius . To wor
Hi. I have been suffering with pain for around 6 weeks. I managed the squeeze ball and the other few exercises but had pain during the band exercise. Is that still groin, despite being able to squeeze the foam roller? Thank you so much. It was very interesting
@@ThePhysioChannel Still cannot find..the one you use is ideal for me at 70! they only seem to carry the large loops or else they are without resistance. Is there a name on the item, may I ask?
Mine don’t hurt when I squeeze in, it hurts when I stretch outward and only when I stretch my leg outward in a bent in positing, such as in the lotus position. The further out I stretch, the more the pain increases, and my leg has a limit on how much it can stretch out. The further u try, the less I’m able to without it hurting really excruciatingly bad. This happened when I was on a stationary bike when I first noticed this pain. Also reoccurred when I was walking real fast on a treadmill. I did it against my Sil because my physical therapist wanted me to go fast when he saw it was going too slow (I had pain that’s why I was going slow) it was awful. It hurts and idk what to do it’s been several months, like 4 going on 5 😢
I did the tests described in the beginning of the video. I experienced pain on the test with the bent knees, but my feet had to be raised up, and the knees more far apart from each other (more like a happy baby yoga pose), then when I tried to move my right leg inward under resistance it hurt. Does this can also suggest possible Adductor Tendinopathy?
I’ve done all these exercises and I only get pain when I bring my right knee close to my chest and squeeze inward. Is there a reason as to why it only hurts when I do that?

Cannot find the resistance band you are using with the loop at the end. Can u send a link for that? Most just have attachments which I do not like.
Hi unsure, it was a pack of resistance loops purchased online. I hope you find some!

Should I do the squeeze test if it hurts to do so? I am 4 weeks into resting and still in pain.
If it hurts please stop the exercise and get some professional advice in person to guide you. Sending our best for your recovery.
I started having this left groin pain after doing leg raises with dumbbel between my legs...I'm thinking I might have strained my flexors.

I can't walk for 30 mins (taking a slow walk of my dog) without a flareup. Is it safe to ride a stationary bike? Thanks for your help:)
I think so! Try it for 10 minutes and assess the outcome. Sending our best to you.
My groin pain travels down my leg to my knee. What could this be hip or knee?
Difficult to say. An assessment is recommended.

yes but it could be other things too such as symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD). I always recommend an assessment
