*** IMPORTANT!!! ATTENTION PLEASE!!! *** 5:49 (Final Drive Ratio) = "Can be changed to 4.65" is WRONG, its actual top speed is 187 MPH. THEREFORE, set it a bit further to 4.56 to reach 190+ MPH. I believe that should be enough for most tracks unless it's a very long track like Outer Ring (which then set it further to 4.32 to reach 200+ MPH top speed as the bare minimum). Sorry for the little misinformation guys.
