    Lovely, its food like this that eventually got me to leave the UK and visit Nepal as I learnt a lot and some language from the Gurkhas at work.

      best to check an asian butcher, these are short ribs

      @@mattb7450 Yes! Sometimes, you can find these at Costco. There are no Asian butchers around here at this time! The news is that we may be getting an Asian store in the near future!

      Are the ribs just like St. Louis style ribs or others cut into 1.5 inch slices?

      @@ricklarouche4105 the chinese have different style of short ribs, its cut into like 1.5 inch pieces because theres inbetween the bones where the width is smaller compared to your normal bbq ribs

    I hate Cilantro so i would leave that out. I wish i had a sharp enough to cut cross way through pork ribs to make those small "riblets"

    Looks delicious but too much rendered fat from the ribs.
