Made this one tonight and it was outrageously flavourful! we finished the ribs off on the charcoal grill, that extra layer of smokey and char flavour is next level, awesome recipie thankyou! And I quite enjoyed your delivery and video, subscribed!
@@ieatishootipost i made it this evening with my own spin, came out AMAZING!! everyone loved it! I did Soy, ginger, garlic, honey, raw sugar, sake, all purpose rub, in the sauce i added star anise, cinnamon, onions and 🌶️, came out ☺️🔥🔥🔥👌
I tried twice and must say your recipe is foolproof and delicious! also noob questions: 1. how heavy is "a rack" of ribs based on your recipe? 2. during the 2 hour of wet cooking, do we need to make sure the ribs are fully submerged (by topping up water?). I do that but am not sure if its a necessary step.
The ribs looked delish! Will definitely try your recipe soon. Thank you Dr. May I know where can I purchase the blue oval platter you used at the end please?
use a papertowel to grab the flap of membrane and pull. It helps you grip better. Dont boil your ribs, all that flavor in your water. Instead sousvide or slow slow "braise" it in the oven (tinfoil wrapped with some liquid in it).

Usually around 600-800g. You should try to make sure the ribs are submerged. If not, you will need to turn them regularly.
@@ieatishootipost awesome, thank you so much! i am having so much fun trying all ur recipes!

Thanks! I bought it online.
Thanks for sharing.. Going to try this out... what is the temperature required for the grill?
Just turn it on to high and watch closely. Once you get the charring you like, remove it from the grill.
Got it. Thanks for your reply😊
May I know the temperature for the oven?
Hengong soon huat bro Leslie 🍀🍀🍀

What kind of sake do you use? The link on the website brought me to a dead link on lazada website.
I just buy from the supermarket shelf. Meidiya will have it.
Hi Dr can I use pork prime ribs for this recipe?
Sure!
