    I tried twice and must say your recipe is foolproof and delicious! also noob questions:
    1. how heavy is "a rack" of ribs based on your recipe?
    2. during the 2 hour of wet cooking, do we need to make sure the ribs are fully submerged (by topping up water?). I do that but am not sure if its a necessary step.

    • @ieatishootipost
      @ieatishootipost  Месяц назад +1

      Usually around 600-800g. You should try to make sure the ribs are submerged. If not, you will need to turn them regularly.

    Thanks for sharing.. Going to try this out... what is the temperature required for the grill?

    • @ieatishootipost
      @ieatishootipost  7 месяцев назад

      Just turn it on to high and watch closely. Once you get the charring you like, remove it from the grill.

    Hi Dr can I use pork prime ribs for this recipe?

  • @justmeandmy
    @justmeandmy 11 месяцев назад

    use a papertowel to grab the flap of membrane and pull. It helps you grip better. Dont boil your ribs, all that flavor in your water. Instead sousvide or slow slow "braise" it in the oven (tinfoil wrapped with some liquid in it).
