  • This is a recipe you can consider making this Chinese New Year that will have your guests and family begging for more as they lick their fingers! Making tender "fall-off-the-bone" ribs that are still juicy is really not that difficult.
    In this video, I share a method that uses a two-step cooking process and simple ingredients like Kikkoman soy sauce, honey, butter for the glaze and your usual aromatics like ginger, garlic and scallions for the stock. I also show you how to prepare the baby back ribs so it does not have the chewy membrane, nor any "porky" smell.
    Check out the recipe writeup here - bit.ly/iEatPorkRibsRecipe and happy cooking!

    Thanks for sharing.. Going to try this out... what is the temperature required for the grill?

    • @ieatishootipost
      @ieatishootipost  Месяц назад

      Just turn it on to high and watch closely. Once you get the charring you like, remove it from the grill.

    What kind of sake do you use? The link on the website brought me to a dead link on lazada website.

    use a papertowel to grab the flap of membrane and pull. It helps you grip better. Dont boil your ribs, all that flavor in your water. Instead sousvide or slow slow "braise" it in the oven (tinfoil wrapped with some liquid in it).
