Planning a Bike trip with friends around Leh | Rumbak | Travel Vlog

Located not too far from Leh city, Rumbak is one the last few villages of its kind in Ladakh now. The village has ten houses and each of those is a homestay and that's how the economy of the village works. The visitors are assigned a house in order so that each house gets to host a visitor and that way no homestay is left behind. In winter, visitors come here to see the famed snow leopard which comes down to the villages due to the extreme cold up in the mountains.
I did a bike trip with my buddies Aakash, Manish and Samir to the village and this is a video on how you can do it too. It's a one-day trip, though if you want you can always use the village as a base and hike higher up towards the snow-capped mountains.
