Since my C treatment back in HS… haven’t touched the game until this January. But even muscle memory. I still can’t even relearn some of the basic styles in PvP. I wish I could just join a random lobby and not be chastised till I quit. I tired making most of the important keys. In doing styles closer together since my hands are pretty small and hard to reach the 1,2,3 keys. Just been doing solo Questing. Still in my eyes GunZ has been and will still remain my favorite game of all time.
GunZ is the best ❤️ what server have you been playing on? Some of the more casual modes like deathmatch can be a fun way to play without catching too much toxicity. Also, lots of players now use buttons on their mouse for guns/sword which might help if you've got smaller hands!

@GunZAcademy and I’ve joined either matches about to start or in progress and I’m pretty polite and ask the others if I can participate in matches. I have a average mouse that has 2 side buttons (I use those also for L4D2 crouch, flashlight, and slow walk)

This is what's called a private server it's not an official game owned by a real studio so when you download it your PC warns you because it doesnt recognize it as a trusted source if you ignore it and download anyway nothing bad will happen

I do think this is probably the best server to pick the game up in... every private server has its ups and downs. Nothing that says you can't eventually try a few different ones 😄
It's spread across different private servers so it's a little hard to tell, but at least 300+ people combined across the two servers we frequent (fgunz and fxp gunz) Pretty consistent throughout all hours since it's a global game, too.

A lot of people play on several servers! We put fgunz in this guide specifically because of high player count and usually less technical difficulties with install (like antivirus warnings)
Animations look different, is the main one. The male model is visibly larger but has the same size hitbox, just harder to hide behind boxes/see around. There are some *extremely technical* differences between male and female but those are not the reason most people end up picking a female character.

Obviously trust your own judgement, but the three people behind GunZ Academy have been playing on both fgunz.net and fxpgunz.com servers for years without issues. Perhaps make your account with a secondary email and use a unique password if you want to be extra secure.
Of course trust your gut, but the server featured in this video has been around for over 10 years and is trusted by the community. You could always use a throwaway email and a unique password when signing up as well!

Getting currency and levelling is done by playing the game and getting kills (or questing!) As for why you can't find free equipment, might you be on a different server? There are a couple of different GunZ private servers and they have slight differences in how items are handled.

Shotguns are by far the most "meta" and versatile weapons, but use whatever you want! Revolvers are probably the second most viable weapons.

As far as I know, all of the outfits download when you install the game. The game file size for fxp gunz is a little under 5 gigabytes.

Are there EU servers?
Not EU specific, but there is an EU population on most servers!
Universe GunZ is mostly for EU players but the server itself is not recommended. Consists of malware/viruses in the download.

its completely safe, only reason it doesnt trust the file/files is because the contents does not have the official lisenced game files.
