I was hoping to get out and hot tent this winter, But with work demands I was not able to go. So once again I'm living vicariously through you.
The pulls work great Winter camping does require more gear, insulation and is ten times the work of regular 3 season camping. There is always next year for but maybe could still happen.....

Great to see you're recovering well from your surgery, Shug. This video was just what I needed for my soul since I've not been able to get any winter camping & backpacking this year - mother was hospitalized in December, got a new puppy in January & traveling extensively for ice hockey & for work in February. The BWCA looks like a fabulous natural area in all seasons.

That camera will really moon-zoom! Same hear. Never heard it groan and talk and bang so much. We had it all night as a haunting serenade. This was really a fun trip. So much.

Sitting at home with 3 or 4 kids sitting on me, I have 6 kids 13 and under so it's not been my time to get out like you guys, but thank you so much for keeping it alive for me!!!!
