Hello, what temperature do you set the oven for?
Should I boil the pork first if it is tuff?
You don’t of to boil it just cover it up while it’s in the oven baking it will produce lots of liquid and that way it will be nice and tender
Once it’s nice and tender you remove the foil that that you used to wrap it with or whatever you have
