Watching him cook is so soothing. Stop answering them folks that want to make mean statements about what Mr. Deddy should or should not use to make his meals authentic. I am not of Jamaican decent nor do I have a drum, so this video and the many others appeal to me and many others who only have an oven to work with. SO FOR ME THIS CHANNEL ROCKS!!!! GWAN BIG UP UNNO SELF!!!!🧡🧡🧡

@@deddyskitchenINC I’d love to see your seasonings, condiments and wet/dry rubs in stores. I’d buy them, and they’d fly off the shelves. I wish I had a dad like you, sir. And I’d love to try your cooking! End of next week, I’m going to make a small batch of jerk chicken as a test batch. Any pointers on seasonings please?

Don't Cry For Me Argentina. So funny.Yesterday,I bought all the ingredients like I told you before to prepare the jerk chicken oven style, and I think I bought too many, but its okay. Here in Hollywood,Florida, there's a Supermarket called:Bravo, and they carry Jamaican products. The only thing is that the brands they have are not the ones you guys have, and the only one they have is the Walkerswood Jerk seasoning. They only had mild so I bought it,I seasoned the chicken yesterday and took it out of the fridge today and is inside the oven for the first hour.I thought you were exaggerating when you said the small was awesome and it really is,I'm going to make a video about most of these foods and tell my viewers is your recipe. Your dad just took out. the pork out of the oven and it looks so good.I'm Cuban and I eat pork.I love it! Thank you so much.

I LOVE watching your Daddy and the relationship the 2 of you have. Can Deddy pls do videos on Caribbean SOUPS and breakfast recipes... ACKEE & SALTFISH, SALTFISH & DUMPLINGS, CORNED BEEF & CABBAGE, and PORRIDGES. Does he also bake?? If so, some desserts would be nice and some Trinks (lemonades, Ginger Beer, Sorrel, etc) in this heat would be a treat. Keep doing what you guys are doing... LOVING IT!!
BTW... Since many Caribbean people in N America no longer eat Corned Beef or beef at all, my family substitutes the canned flavoured tuna (Clover Leaf - Sundried Tomato) instead.

I agree he is a great cook and a very humble soul. I want him to know i did the oven jerk chicken and i put myself in problems cause my friends wants me doing it so often. Now i am going to do the pork for Christmas i think i am going to be in problems again.

Jesus Christ. Those fingers. I think she purposely do it to annoy us. They’re many other camera people that walk us through the ingredients and nobody does that. Big up Deddy. I love everything you make . You’re a good cook and you need to open a restaurant
