  • Viewers who were paying close attention may have noticed that while my πŸ‹ Limoncello recipe called for 750ml of grain alcohol, I actually purchased a 1 liter bottle. What do you do with some leftover grain alcohol? Add a package of frozen blueberries and turn it violet, Violet! In this video I show what I made with the other 250ml - a super easy and delicious blueberry liqueur! (I promise you won't turn into a giant blueberry! πŸ”΅ )

I'd suggest after draining the berries, pop them back in the jay and add 100g of sugar and leave it for 3 days. The sugar will draw out the alcohol left in the berries. Add this to the original alcohol juice mix and boom!
