Part of the new "Misty Mountain" Chakra series featuring extended 15 minute Chakra meditations to activate, tune and balance your Chakras. The imagery in this is spectacular and extremely powerful! The soundtrack is "Svadisthana (sexual) / Sacral Chakra " (orange) by Taos Winds extended version and is by far the most powerful frequencies and vibrations to date.
This chakra is located in the sacrum and is considered to correspond to the testes or the ovaries that produce the various sex hormones involved in the reproductive cycle. Svadhishthana is also considered to be related to, more generally, the genitourinary system and the adrenals. The key issues involving Svadhishthana are relationships, violence, addictions, basic emotional needs, and pleasure. Physically, Svadhishthana governs reproduction, mentally it governs creativity, emotionally it governs joy, and spiritually it governs enthusiasm.
Corresponding deity for material element of this chakra is Indra (head of Vasus) or Varuna.

I felt inspired to write whilst listening to this meditation .....
'Dry earth, endless horizon, where sky meets land in an invisible line.
Bare feet, connected, eyes closed, sun high in an azure sky.
For a thousand miles, I am alone but unafraid, for I am walking with my ancients...
Infinite lifes lived, the spiral never ceases, so familiar yet so foreign.
Exhilarated, I drink in the senses, orange cracked earth beneath my feet.
Dust rises up, ashes of the earth, the ancients dance around me...
I hear that sound, it calls for me, it's called for me a thousand times within this land of endless horizon.
They call me home, back to the bones, within the dust of my ancients'.

Desperately need this to work, stress impacting on things big time
Me too. I stopped outa the blue over a yr ago. Stress is what I figured blocked my sacral. I've been so impressed at how fast this worked. I just stared at the screen and listened to the music. I did it a few times in one day. And the next I came on. I'm so grateful for this channel.
I listened to this yesterday and immediately got my period which I had not had in about a yr due to my birth control.
This was powerful. I recently suspected that my sacral chakra has been blocked for many years. I’ve been focusing on clearing each on a different day. I couldn’t really feel my sacral, so I added some beautiful orange crystals (citrine, quartz for amplified effect and more) and needed some additional help. I listened to this with headphones and first connected to the ground with my root chakra. I didn’t feel it was enough so I asked mother Gaia for help and she sent me powerful strong energy through my root chakra. I’ve never called her name before but it popped into my mind. I felt mother Gaia sending me feminine soothing energy and started crying uncontrollably as I felt her bless me. I was crying tears of gratitude. I also pictured Lakshmi somewhere nearby with her long black hair and gentle smile. After a while some past trauma rose to the surface and I kept thanking mother gaia for the healing energy. It was very intense. I started to feel drained from crying and decided that I had done a good amount for today. I feel pretty drained but that’s only because I purged some blockage for now. I am going to keep doing this for a few more days to completely clear it out. Thank you for making this🙏🌎

I just listened to this for he 1st time. During the meditation I was thinking of coming closer physically to the man I liked. Abit later I started crying for no reason. Not emotional tears but more automatic tears. Just burst crying for no reason. I feel I have trapped emotions. But not towards him. General. Realease.
Then while crying my self admitted some things towards that person as a confession. I feel in my chest and heart area feelings.

It is my intention and my desire to open my second chakra and release any energy that is trapped allowing it to flow freely through me and for me…I am healthy, I am happy…I am.
I listened to this twice today. First time I immediately felt high and I did feel a little vibration pulsating feeling in my lower abdomen. I felt high all evening and pretty chill in public, which normally large crowds stress me out. I got to sit and meditate to this and I really didn't feel much in my low abdomen again, but I could feel my conscience descend into my abyss. I could feel layers of me pulsate off like an onion and felt... almost light. Just a powerful sound it is incredible.
I suddenly hear ram word in this meditation very powerful and I also see picture of Hanuman thanku for this

I have been receiving non stop issues with my sacral, so I thought I would try sound healing. This video made my wrists literally burn... I cannot explain but literally a burning/sore feeling in my right wrist. I hope this means a big shift in my chakra 😳🙏🏽

@@alishabhullar The lower chakras,both rear and front, are related to quality and quantity of that chakra. A misalignment/wrong working of it causes you to feel not in sync with the partner. The misdirected flow of energy from this chakra can harm other aspects of life too.)

Immediately I'm starting to feel a strange kind of heaviness throughout my whole body and spine (back felt like tied down to an wooden pole and felt mild vibrations on my spine)! I train muay thai with a guy with the same issue my friend. Meditation and movement has helped him leaps and bounds! The fella couldn't string a sentence together but now he's a top guy and member of his community! There's always light at the end of tunnel, have a good one!
Limit sugar in your diet as well it increases glutamate in brain etc not good. Blessings and health fo you my friend
You should work bottom to top for the best results. Start at the Root Chakra, and work your way up. ❤️💚💛

I'm really new to meditating and have only been practicing for a couple months and I believe most of it is just faith and believing. I've become really spiritual and have been learning many things about myself thanks to all the synchronicities that have been happening to me. Some things I always kind of knew and chose to ignore, rather than know myself and love myself for who I am. Based on the words that I just said, I think this video is five stars! Haha! I am an empath that never protection techniques and I have become quite miserable because I didn't understand nor know how to deal with myself, let alone accept and love myself for it. I symbolically cut this huge bunch of cords that I felt blocking the beautiful orange energy from spinning and it was the craziest thing! I felt butterflies, true happiness and below my navel just felt so much lighter and free. I actually had a difficult time focusing on my breathing because I couldn't stop grinning and felt a pleasant excitment rushing up through me!

I didn’t feel vibrations or pulsating sensations in my womb. What I felt was relief and heaviness dissipate.
