He is the only Espada that got what he wanted he didn't die alone, and he got friends. He enjoyed his time and even gained Aizens' respect and trust. He is the best Espada, and when he died, Aizen literally got serious that he cut halibell.

Ulquiorra's 1st release form is weaker than Harribel's, Barragan's and Stark's release forms.
Ok so Ulquiorra's 2nd release is stronger than Harribel's release, so Ulquiorra has closed up that gap.
Now Ulquiorra has to close up the gap between him and Barragan and let's say his 2nd release has surpassed that too.

You've literally ignored the gaps there was in between the other Espadas to get Ulquiorra to be the strongest.
Funny thing is Vasto Lorde Ichigo> Ulquiorra.
So that didn't make any difference cause Ulquiorra was being dominated by Ichigo at that point too.
Stark was the only Vasto Lorde in Aizen's Army, still he divided his power in two different beings. We never watch their real form. he was in fact the strongest.

Stark has full control over his soul and stuff while zaraki doesn't. Stark created Lilith or whatever her name is so he won't be lonely. Yozarasi created herself to communicate better with zaraki
