Normally full power Anakin would ragdoll those star destroyers easily. Although, we also know Vader would have survived Palpatine's lightning with the dark side, but turned to the light and accepted his death. It meshes well with Yoda's saying that a Jedi uses the force for defense and never attack. At the same time, Anakin would have done a lot more good returning to the Empire and slowly reforming it, instead of leaving his offspring to fight a war to change it.

It took jedi, sith, his son, daughters spirit, his wife to defeat and kill him so he was far more powerful than any sith lord in star wars history. Even more powerful than sidious and he didn't need a weapon to defend himself or to kill his enemies. So i bet only Abeloth could easily kill him without any assistance since he had everything planned for the destruction of the galaxy and remaking it as he see fit. And even if he could kill him Valkorion would vanquish Anakin from his own body and take over because he has the power to transfer his spirit into a body of a jedi or sith if his body is killed. Even the official game's dark side ending had Anakin impale Palpatine as soon as he arrived on Mustafar, similar to Starkiller's failed attempt the moment he killed Vader. It is completely irrational, but Anakin might truly believe in that moment he is strong enough to save Padme (if his mind is "clear on the matter").

What if Darth Sidious/Emperor Palpatine immediately transferred his essence directly into Anakin Skywalker's (now Darth Vader's) body upon being impaled by the red blade of the lightsaber?
Ok this is a heartbreaking and heart-warming story but the ending just feels a bit off... If I was writing the story I would make this situation be Anakin's glimmer of light towards redemption. He would allow his son, Luke, and his former master, Obi-Wan, to escape. Then he deals with the treachery of his empire but in an unexpected way... He shows mercy to the officers. Anakin's next move will consist of changing the empire and it values. They will do things the right way now. He does this to repair the dammage he had done. What follows would be Anakin turning the empire into a better democracy and putting Organna in charge as the senate leader. Anakin then dissapeares by faking his death and exiling himself... His punishment in his eyes would be keeping himself away from the galaxy and from his children and Padme... (Story to continue on...) But great work man ! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾💯💯💯
What if Darth Sidious meet Shao Kahn( mortal kombat) after the Phantom Menace That cross over can be multiple parts sorry, liu kang. You've been replaced by a new chosen one, and kitana will enjoy being with anakin 😅 (I wish we had that crossover because the dialogue between certain characters would be awesome, like What if Vader was in mortal combat Scorpio: Your wife and son? Vader: They are lost to me now Scorpion: The same pain Sears both are hearts )
Luke or ObiWan could had used the ambient Force energy on the planet. You mentioned that the planet was unique&very strong in the Force meaning it's a force nexus like Dathomir, Yavin4, Dantooine, Ossus, Tython, etc. With ObiWan being there for some several yrs, he's in tuned to the planet and could had used the planet's energy to create a powerful shield, force push or lightning. Won't work for Anakin since he's tuned to the dark side but Luke or ObiWan can channel that force energy without any resistance.
