Came over from Merlin’s channel. I really enjoyed watching this informative video. Having a mechanics background I found the process easy to follow. I really liked the thorough explanation of each step in the boring and honing process of the D2D block. Looking forward to the next step.
I’m dropping my pull a part 12v off at the machine shop this week. I can’t wait to get started on this thing! Definitely ordering some main studs after seeing them compared to stock bolts.
Do you bore the back cylinder number 6 a thou or two over. .001-.002? To allow for the engines tendancy to run hotter at the back. Impressed with your honing knowledge

My newest “prophylactic hobby” is now as an official dumpster hunter - I am starting to feel lucky - thanks to you all.
Came over from your TikTok channel. Great to see this more in depth.

Any way to better balance the audio between the voices and the music. Music kicks in so loud I almost killed the browser.
