    It's easy to make.
    1. Cut pine from pine tree.
    2. Cut up in small pieces about1/2 size of pinky joint.
    3. Place in a sterile mason jar 3/4 full
    4. Pour olive oil into jar , leave a little room at top .
    5. Wait a few minutes in case the volume expands then put lid on jar.
    6. Keep in a dark place 4-6 weeks. Shake periodically.
    7. Then stain with cheese cloth or strainer to remove needles.
Then you will have pine oil.

But then for a really acute case which requires more medicinal effects and quickly, in the hands of someone very knowledgeable and experienced, using a tincture would be a good thing.

    Few differences.
    * There is e.g. "Essential oils": are distilled (via steam/chemically) which the vapors / ethers are the main compounds with some of its oils, are used topically or inhaled for therapeutic use. Lower nutrient values but high for its therapeutic values; low rancidity hence the distillation.
    * "Pressed Oils" Mechanically or other extraction which the name suggests is obvious; are less pungent, lesser amounts of ethers/turpines(e.g. evergreen source), are like as perishable foods, more of the oils and nutrients can be consumed in larger amounts high rancidity rate -like as food.
Essential oils for personal use must be organic and considered "Therapeutic use" esp if consumed by minute drops/diluted in liquids --all have varying strengths as each plant is different. Research, be educated. Best you can have validation as to the quality; organic or not.

Silver has Powerful healing property in colloidal form in nano size particulates. I think it was a fifth of a shekel, the lowest of monetary value.

At the end Dr. Berg said make sure you don't have a reaction to it because pine oil is very concentrated. I have difficulties being around fresh pine boards or cedar. I don't breathe well and get dizzy quickly if Pinesol has been used in the workplace. Please use caution to make sure whoever will be around the scent doesn't have such sensitivity. Many people don't understand my instant breathing difficulties and headaches...mostly around petroleum based products but also things like pine and cedar.

Thanks Nancy Fahey! it is an allergic fall in Chicago this year. Had terrible fall and cat allergies years ago, but have been able to have cats for 16 years now, just allergic to new cats temporarily. Also hardly outdoor allergies except moldy leaves and whatever is out there now. Many women I know don't tolerate perfumed things anymore...or bleach. Essential oils--many are fine for me in one drop to deodorize a space, but too many drops of an oil that is OK cause me sinus issues. I just wanted to let people know about sensitivities. If someone were to come in and wash my floors with Pinesol and spray Febreze and do laundry with Snuggle I would be seriously impaired and people that don't know me would not have a clue. Some say "it's all in your head"...until they experience it themself. Have a good day--nice of you to reply.

Thank you Carol for bringing up many women arent tolerating fragrances as much, Im one of those women. I think the chemicals being used in these products like febreeze, pine sole etc is causing illness. Even the mice and bugs dont like febreeze for example i use up old bottles in my shed to deter the critters instead of the landfill and it works. I spray everytime im done for the day in the shed. Google dryer sheets, to do the same, thats what gave me the idea. Im looking forward to the natural oils, starting out minimal. Blessings everyone 😇

Can you do a video on turpentine? Not just the industrial stuff we all know as toxic, or a type of paint thinner, but the kind that has ONLY pine tree sap. Must say 100% pure gum spirits. There is a Dr Jennifer Daniel's that has done research, as well as tried it herself. Talking to people from way back in the slavery days that were in their 90's and still cleaning their own houses. Healthy as ever. The amazing benefits of this stuff! How it wipes out candida as well as lupus diabetes, etc. All of the patients she treated as a regular dr and pharmaceutical prescriptions have long since died. All of the ones she treated with spirits feel amazing and rid of many ailments and autoimmune diseases. Im curious to find out what you might know about this stuff. As it was given to many people even as children growing up for tape worms that were common. Given on a cube of sugar. Recommended 1 tsp on a cube of sugar. You can also add 1 tsp to 1/4 cup of casteroil. YUM!! RIGHT?
