Legit one of the most bad-ass looking commanders EVER. Give me a throne of torn off angel wings any day. Though I hate to think how many Sephiroths he made in building that throne haha

I have a Nethroi deck with the Palantir of Orthanc in it. First turn it was down, opponent milled a Smothering Tithe. Second turn though, it was Earthquake Dragon and The Tarrasque that got milled.

Just imported the deck, it's really cool! I put in Shadowspear after my first game was against some indestructible commander. Also put in Sanguine Brushstroke, a deck full of blood tokens to sac it's pretty nuts.
That's a great way to make up for all the paying life too!
I built Shilgengar in Commander and it's a monster... I started with trying to find ways to mass remove the finality counters and ended up with a blink combo aristocrats deck that can win out of nowhere if I mill enough. Prowling Geist Catcher, Adbel Adrian, and Glorious Protector can make SO many blood tokens that I can just win with a Murkwood Bats or Marionette Apprentice on the spot. And my favorite card in the whole deck is Thalisse, Reverent Medium, makes spirits for every blood token you make that you can just sac to make more spirits next turn ^.^

Oh man, I literally crafted this commander last night before bed with the intent of building the deck over the next couple days. Great minds and all that haha. Really looking forward to seeing your take on it.
Favorite thing about Shilgengar, the reanimate is at instant speed, I would trigger right before it's my turn to swing with everything

I think the best thing about this boy is that it finnaly gives me a comander that lets me play a vampire angel deck wanted to do it with rodolph dusk rose but he fit the slot of comander so much better

This would be a great vehicle for Dictate of Erebos or Gravepact. Yes, I am a degenerate. I run Savra in the command zone.
Savra was the second commander I built. I have over 20 decks now and It's still in my top 3 fav decks.

People called me crazy when i said shilgengar was the most underrated card in the set 😂 blood tokens also needed the support
would Solemnity work well in this deck to both mess with opponents and prevent the finality counters? You'd have to switch the Lilianas out but it might be interesting
it does work! I think it works best with a more angel heavy build too
Solemnity is on Arena! It is _the_ way to avoid finality counters, though I think your Brawl deck does not worry as much about infinite recursion as my EDH deck :p
It's great for ruining Superfriends, too.

Solemnity doesn't hit Planeswalkers!
The only thing it doesn't hit otherwise itd be too powerful Planeswalker hate and Planeswalkers would be virtually unplayable

@@dantesparda5742Brawl includes pretty much all cards available in MTG Arena, so not all of this deck is from Modern Horizons 3. There is a website with deck lists that this RUclipsr will upload to.
