First thing that catches the eye.
AT 6.59 ... just painted ?
This 928 restoration is what made me a fan of this show. I miss the two episode per restoration format. More details were offered back then.
@Gappie Al Kebabi someone needs attention
Love these cars 😎
My dad used to own a crystal green limited edition 944 in the 80's. God I wish he still had that car now!!!
Loved these early episodes.
The 928 Porsche has always been my favourite front engine, rear wheel drive Porsche cars.
MY dad always wanted a 928 when he was a kid he got one it's so cool
What about those swirl marks Ed?
I was thinking that 😂
fantastic torque 928. My father drives a928 and I had a 928S4
Beautiful Porsche 928.
My dream car when I was a boy. Wow.
Just bought an 87 928 S4 that isn't running. In true Wheeler Dealer fashion, I plan to get it running and sell it on to the next owner.
Unless you had to get rid of it you should have kept it. It will only go up in value.
Самая прикольная серия!)
Next episode:
Cut the roof of a Ferrari off with a Sawzall and make a homemade convertible!
Edd you its king engineering Champions of the Word
Min 6:59 are those swirl marks?
EDD so young! 🤣🤣
Full James May spec
Please tell me they binned those hideous wheels
Mike brougth this car back
I read on a WD forum that the paint job did not hold up for long. I do not know how true that was of if so, why it failed so quickly.
Let's see the end.
EDDIE! EDDIE! EDDIE!
EDD!!!
go and eat another burrito. nobody asked for your opinion. majority of the comments are Edds fans. your Ants only fan 😂😂😂
At 3:00 "..Actually squeeze some friends in the back". SQUEEZE is right, this car cannot seat 4 adults comfortably. The driver's seat is so far forward to accommodate a 6' back seat passenger it's difficult to drive. Good for children in the rear, not adults.
The sale of this car was staged. I know who the "buyer" was and he definitely didn't buy the Porsche.
Does that honestly surprise you?
@@jerlaine1638 No, not really. That's how television works. They had to get the episode finished so the sale had to be staged.
I'd be more surprised if they were real tbh.
@@radityaindera3442 I know Rob (that is his name) which is how I know the sale was staged. He's a motoring journalist and knew the (then) producers of the show.
We miss Ed
Edd
The view underbonnet / hood of the silver one is a typical brit weather car. Corroded to bits, no doubt just like the suspension parts underneath. I'd never buy a another car from a country that pours salt all over it's roads through winter.
Brown! What an increadibly dull choice. Ruined the 928
Change the color from original, ruin the value. Pretty simple
If you watched the beginning when car was bought it was mentioned 'the brown paints' a bit faded, clearcoat shot'. The interior is brown. Factory color was brown. Paint is correct.
And with phonedials it looks sharp. What's wrong?
Mike: I promise to treat it gently 🙄
Proceeds to powerslide it in the next shot. 😆😆 exactly what I would have done..
Was only genuine when Ed and Paul worked there - now its just a yank vlogging series
£1000 spray job ide hate to see the car now
I wonder why all of Mike Brewer Motors videos have had their comments disabled? 🤔
Fear perhaps.
Sculptured fucking seats?
Why brown?
Because I believe it was brown originally. The interior is chocolate. Almost always good to keep factory color and with phonedial wheels it looks fantastic.
