Without removing the headlights, you can still remove the fog lights. There's a hole in the brake duct. Just slide the tip of a screwdriver in, and you'll get to the same lever, push and the fog light will pop out. There are actually two holes, the upper one is for the fog light removal, the lower is for the beam adjustment screw.

Yes, that is correct, I just happen to have the headlight out and it was easier for recording purposes, thanks for the feedback though
