    In case it didn't get mentioned in the video: the same company behind this game also make a great Kill Team alternative, Deadzone, which this game is heavily based on. If you're looking for a deeper dive into the system and a wider range of miniatures - Deadzone is definitely worth checking out.

    Your explanation of the diagonal move is much more clear than the rule book.

    11:20 is incorrect. You cannot use both an adv command die and a shoot command die on the same model in the same activation (except when using special die to trigger Chief's One Man Army, which then allows any number of adv, shoot, and assault dice to be used in his activation.)
    Check the section of the rules which talks about command dice faces. I don't have it in front of me but I believe it is pg 15 or 16 👍🏻

    Great walkthrough! I heard about this awhile ad complete forgot it was coming.
    Also curious what is the camera you're using to record?

    At 11:25ish you say they can use an Advance and Shoot Command Dice in the same turn. They can not. Page 15 of the rulebook
    Otherwise, awesome job! Thanks!

    Maybe you covered this and I misheard you but if you have 2 Free Shoot Com dice. Can 2 different Spartans get an extra shot or are double commands just pointless? Therefore you want to reroll any double command dice.

      In the normal game your tacticians can save them for the next round or reroll dice, and if you have multiples, one can be used per model activation.

      @@battlegroundsgamecenter so 3 different Spartans could each use 1 free shot then?

    Such an expensive starter box, no way I can get my non wargamer friends to buy this.

    • @Priestleyguy
      @Priestleyguy 3 месяца назад +10

      This is a bit right? It's one of if not the cheapest wargame full game starter in the industry

    • @FrozenFlesh
      @FrozenFlesh 2 месяца назад +1

      Are you serious? That’s like half of what the starter box of any other war game costs.

      Expensive ? If you want to see expensive look up Warhammer killteam and compare this is really affordable and the Spartan Edition being $125 packs in a ton of content for its value
