    It is so sad that people these days in their 30s and 40s are worried about aging and wrinkles. When I was that age in the late 1990s everyone my age in their early 40s looked great. Nobody started to even think about wrinkles until their 50s or 60s..

    Great interview! She mentioned Annette Larkins; Annette was my first introduction and inspiration to the raw vegan lifestyle! She has gone through a difficult few years; she overcame a serious infection that had her down for a while, and then she cared for her dear husband until he passed. She has a beautiful memorial video of him on her channel. Her son Amos helps her with videos but they only post once a year or so. God bless that sweet lady!

    I have a question because Spirituality has always been a big thing for me... i am all for the raw vegan diet, it makes so much sense to me but in Ayurveda they recommend cooking food. Do you have any thoughts on this given the benefits of eating raw? Or have you come across anyone who follows Ayuvedic principles but is raw? Thank u all the way from the UK ❤ xx

      Satvic diet is the ayurvedic way...half of the meal is cooked & the other half of the meal is raw...all fresh
      Even the cooked food is consumed with 2-3 hours
      Some foods have a better absorbency cooked vs. raw within the system & some foods work better raw...
      Alcohol inhibits absorbability with both raw & cooked foods...as it ruins the digestive process ➡️ stomach lining

      @@GillianBerry you’d have to check her videos and old posts . I know hilde was a true fruitarian for years and then got into dry fasting .
      The last interview she gave she talked about her dry fast and how that one made her bed ridden . It wasn’t long after that her death was announced and it was a stroke she had from it. She pushed her body too far by dry fasting . I’m
      Sure you’ve heard Dr Morse talk about her death too.
      I think we all notice it’s the extremist who are always looking for the next level & hear about dry fasting & being extremist they go to far. There’s more ppl who have died than we’ll ever hear about .
      Personally to me ppl who get into dry fasting do not have healthy relationships with there body and already don’t practice listening to there body .
      Even Loren lockman who’s prob the most knowledgeable & experienced human on the planet on fasting says run as far away as you can from dry fasting , it’s ignorance of the body . He also shared how many ppl he knows who got into it and have died due to it

    I’m 60 and have had loads of trauma and slept and ate my way through my life, alone.
    But, even with that, in my 40’s I was very young looking.
    Since I’ve gone through menopause and MORE trauma and ALONE ,as always, THEN I started aging more.
    I now have major dizziness where my eyes have been riveting for four months so I’m unsteady on my feet. I was hit in the head a lot by my mother on top of so many things
    who helped turn all four of my children against me
    until she died.
    But, I’m an ethical vegan and I teach yoga (very unsteadily) daily.
    I’m moving into raw to get rid of the soft fat, lifting weights, to gain energy and HEAL MY BRAIN OF THiS DIZZINESS!
    Also, moving into daily intermittent fasting.
    I’m hosting a raw vegan day in Belfast, Maine on the 29th
    I am an animal liberationist, I hold up signs for the animals and earth, have three rescue dogs
    who are my family along with all the animals,
    and give all my money to rescues and sanctuaries leaving in my last will and testament all my money and assets to them in my passing
    What I don’t understand with raw vegans is that they aren’t animal liberationists,
    I never hear them speak up for the animals
    and they don’t have rescues or sanctuaries, don’t save animals except for being vegan.
    There is a Holocaust on the animals and earth by non-vegans.
    I follow Gillian, Cara Brotman & Markus Rothkranz and have learned so much from them about healing and high-vibration from fasting and raw veganism

      I did release mucouid plaque and parasites many years ago on a cleanse. And every time I do an enema, I release mucouid plaque too. I definitely feel so much better getting that out. It's like I'm a completely different person mentally, physically and Spiritually! My sleep schedule isn't very consistent but I'm working on it. I try to be in bed before midnight. And I try not to use an alarm. I will take naps if my body needs more rest. I probably average between 5-7 hrs a night. I would sleep longer but I'm wide awake and full of energy when I wake up!

    I think in order for people to dry fast you have to be in a very heathy state. I have no desire to ever dry fast. My intuition tells me it is not for me. I plan on juice fasting, intermittent fasting, and mono meals in the future.

      @@GillianBerry I think what ever you are doing is fantastic because you look amazing. So healthy and glowing. I get the water fasting, if you have a severe illness, but a dry fast is extreme and let's face it nothing can survive without water. I live in Southern Spain and got dehydrated last year and it's not a pleasant feeling, so I think getting the nutrients through juice fasting makes more sense, plus it's light on the body so the body can work on itself. People have gone over 100 days on juice, we couldn't do that on simply water or air x

Maybe longer dry fasting can do the opposite when it comes to looking youthful?

    • @mayam6678
      @mayam6678 Месяц назад +1

      Aging is more a reference to the body deteriorating. If you are really healthy you look younger automatically. Personally at almost 72 I look at least 10 years younger then my peers, without make up etc. I am also fit and healthy, have no pain anywhere and dont take any medication.

    • @AgelessBeauty143
      @AgelessBeauty143 Месяц назад

      This is a very interesting topic. The reason for the subliminals is change our beliefs about aging. We are what we believe. We are conditioned by society to "grow old and get sick". And excercise for the body is very healthy so why not excercise the muscles in the face as well :) 😊

      @@AgelessBeauty143 My self worth used to be dependent on the way I looked. Identifying with the body brings suffering. I've been healing trauma and I embrace changes on my face more and more. When I'm with friends I see their soul, not the way their body looks like and they feel the same about me.

    • @AgelessBeauty143
      @AgelessBeauty143 Месяц назад

      I understand how you feel. It's important to cultivate self love on this journey. But there is nothing wrong with wanting to look and feel our best as we age. It's about aging with grace and loving ourselves even with the wrinkles. The beliefs are not to avoid aging, but to change our beliefs about it. We can think young at 90 or feel old at 90.
