Jack is no quitter! He was so determined to carry the planter by himself. He is definitely a chip off the old man’s block! Thomas too...he didn’t want to stop his gardening. They are such a nice family and so much to do! If I was in France I would organize a clean up the yard day for them to help out. Feel guilty just watching, but so much enjoy it.

To the comment re getting organised and getting on with it. Do remember he works as well and money is very tight so every little job takes time and will be prioritised according to what can be achieved as time and money dictate. I also think your boys are gorgeous. Mine, who are grown men were very close only 13mths apart. Your patience is incredible well done. I feel guilty as I did my jobs when they were either asleep or entertained.

Ha! Bill and Ben, the Flower Pot Men. I watched them in the early ‘60’s-black and white tv. How long did they last? I went back to USA in 1964.

Maybe Stephanie might like the pool until she can afford the pool she wants. It could be used as a trial run to see if she actually does want a pool and were it should go.

The pool needs a pump. It will make it easier to maintain the water as well as a dose of chlorine now and again.

Loved seeing the pigs clear out the bed, funny they didn’t eat the thick vines, was that because they are prickly I wonder. The boys helping in the garden is so sweet, they learn so fast, they’ll be planting sticks everywhere🥰. Take care, stay safe and well. 🙋🏼

As a mother ofvtwin boys, containment was one of my strategies for survival lol.
Annalise and Dan communicate with a lot of understanding and patience analyzing every step to undertake in their renovations.
Such precious memories in the decades to come. I'm sure your grandkids will enjoy watching this!
I can sense how over whelming it all is, but you are making head way slowly. Luckily you are young. Courage! When friends and family come and visit give them some tasks to help - they will love to help. You have a lovely spot there for the kids to grow up in.
The building construction on the chimney breast was really interesting. I will be looking out for things like that travelling around the countryside in England. Jack always makes me giggle when he says 'yea'. Poor Thomas he was so upset after finishing the first pot.
Oh Annalise, you only say encouraging things to the kids, like I used to do with all my kids. ❤ It makes my heart happy to hear you talk to the kids.
get tomato cages, turn them upside down and wrap it with garland for "trees" until the bulbs start blooming. Great for decorating for the seasons too.
Lots of projects, take your time. Your both very hard workers and you have a young family (helpers) to

CHILD LABOR!!! Lol I absolutely positively LOVE how well you raise your adorable boys!! It’s so incredible how much they seem to thrive there on your little slice of heaven. It’s amazing how much they help and seem to really enjoy it. You’re teaching them the importance of self reliance, accountability, chores and all of those important things at such a young age. What incredible parents you both are!! I watched 2 of your videos then realized how sweet your little family was and went to the very first one and have binged watched all of them now. Why on earth would you be upset, they have endless trouble with Wf signal, although Hanni has bought them some upgrades which should sort things out, it hasn’t to my knowledge been fitted yet they need a specialist to do that I believe. And should there be no video at all she deserves a complete rest from the constant work making videos, it’s really hard work, and if there’s no signal she cannot let anybody know, we have lived years without these technologies life still goes on.
