Put some tissue paper on the bed, the the glasses in question above that, and position the laser over both of those. Fire the laser for a second or two. If the tissue paper gets damaged, then the glasses failed to protect from the laser wavelength.
That's not really a fair test since your eyes are not tissue paper, and it could be the case that before the level of 'burning tissue paper' will still cause irreversible damage to your retinas.
