@@whitelabelfishing Hello Sean, nice Video! I am searching for the Treble Hook that is mounted at the back end of the 40cm Trout. It is a 4/0 but i can only find it in max. 3/0 size. Can you help me?
Hi Sean, Frans, great video again!! Have the Artic Char colour myself, it's simply beautiful. Can you please tell me something about the depth specs of these 40cm Trouts? Like what speed, clipped on weight (and meters of line behind the planer board) do you maintain? Currently I'm using ca. 50-75 grams of lead + 3,3/3,5 km/h trolling speed. But I'm not certain about the depth it achieves. Got a massive strike the other day though! Kind regards, Mike
Really nice video. Thank you. Can you register in future a video where you can explain how modify the original rigging in 3d line trout and roach? Thank you man. Great great angler.
Frans gebruikt vooral PikeCraft ✌️
Unfortunately the original leader is getting worse and worse. The Solid Ring and the Line Thru Modifier is missing, the Leader Wire is trash and the Treble Hook in the front is destroyed but is trash anyway.
@@whitelabelfishing Yes, i do it also but for this Money is it no nice Gameplay from SavageGear. Or offer the LineThru Lures in a unrigged version 10€ cheaper.
Seems like trawling really bring the really big ones home. But it still feels a bit like cheating for me, have nothing that needs a skilled angler for more than bait chosen and speed. In theory i am able to do the same and i have only fished for 5 months, and only pike from start, havent even caught anything else than pike. Got hooked directly with the first one being a 77cm.
Done properly, trolling lures for pike requires a lot of effort and skill, hardly cheating. You need to spot patterns and replicate across rods and baits, get the right speed and depths.
In theory casting isn’t much different to it either. Using you same method of dumbing down; You just throw a bait and retrieve it. There is a lot more to it than driving a boat with some lures behind the boat. And to be honest, most who haven’t really tried to master it are easy to whimp it away as fishing on easy mode. As stated an above, fishing is about fun. Not a pissing competition on which techniques is more of an achievement than the other ✌️
I posted on a bad day, sorry for that. Really enjoy your videos but would like to wish for more lure casting. I get that it is alot more to trawling than it seems. Just wished i had the same areas to fish in, or the same amount of pike and size on them.
why use so many big hooks? the fish is almost always on the front hook, the rest just damages the fish unnecessarily. calling yourself an angler to maximize the chance of hooking the fish is worth more than allowing the fish to be released in the most gentle way.
Well why do you think we do? If one treble would do the job, we would gladly skip the other two. I like the idealistic approach but in reality it just doesn’t work with big swimbaits. And I am just not a fan of big 7/0’s either for fresh water species
@@whitelabelfishing Hello. There is no right or wrong in fishing, just different ways of looking at how others fish. my opinion is that when the fish bites, the only correct hooking is inside the mouth and everything else is reprehensible. Yes you may not catch every fish that bites but the chance of you hurting the fish is drastically reduced with just 1 hook. I have also fished with 2-3 hooks and injured fish in the gills and hooks in the eyes.. but it is not sustainable to injure fish in that way just to fill your own ego. i love and fish but i hate to see when people don't give the fish the best possible chance to be reintroduced.
The best pike videos 👌Sweden
Thank you Jesper 👊
Great fishing guys! Gonna go get my big baits! 🎣
Good idea, might have to do the same 😄
Good to See a new video from you guys!
Keep up the good work!
Thank your sir 🫡

Another great video serious beasts!! What brand and strength of wire do you use for the wire traces? Also for rigging the lures? Thank you William
Hi William, I use FC for normal leaders and Carbo49 (both Savage)! Thanks for the compliment, appreciate it! -Sean
Thanks Sean I was enjoying that on my lunch break. Good to see the tech you use for making tea and chilling the beer as well! That’s the life 🙌
Meeegaaaaaa 💯

How many grams does the rod have with the Revo Beast on it?
I think that was still a prototype back then - 450gr I believe
De ohneeeee kwam weer voorbij ik moest weer grinniken
Haha yeah that’s a classic 🤣😎
What speed is advised to troll at with the 32cm and up ?
We like to troll around 3km/h
Can’t beat those big trouts🔥
Where can i buy the char color on the trout [red limited one] ?
I think that one is the brook trout colour
Where can i buy those trouts color
how many of those were over 10 kg?
It was summer, for the sake of a speedy release we never weigh them unless they are super exceptional and the conditions allow it 😎
Unfortunately the original leader is getting worse and worse. The Solid Ring and the Line Thru Modifier is missing, the Leader Wire is trash and the Treble Hook in the front is destroyed but is trash anyway.
Just replace it, we do it too ✌️

That's how it's supposed to be. It's about fun, not trying the hardest method out there to catch them until you do 😊
There's much more to it..

Not sure it's necessary to use such meat hooks, smaller trebles work!
3/0 too big? 😅
Shame that on pike fight you can’t troll 😢
I consider us all lucky there!
