Same here. I watch videos of this game after just playing it! I've lost count of the amount of hours I have dedicated to this game, but it's totally worth it! Robin and Dr Fate are definitely my mains, but I desperately want Red Hood!

Watchtower2814 I was struggling badly with the combos but after a couple of days I got used to him and now I'm really good with him. My advice would be to keep playing online because that's helps you more than practice and don't always try to go into a big combo, do simple things like b2,3 df3 to start off
Watchtower2814 If you can get the hidden explosive ability or gutted, they help a lot. Also try using his trait strings mid combo to do some sizeable chunks of damage.

I completely agree with what Caboose about zoning. In 2013, when my dad was over, I invited him to a match of injustice. He picked Deathstroke, and did the Sword Spin the entire game. He won by the tiniest bit, using the same move. Now when he comes over, he plays Supergirl, plays full screen, and when ever he doesn't have projectiles, he does a meter burn teleport, and zones me out.
In short, there's a big difference between spamming and zoning. Zoning can be countered, while spamming cannot
For those on the zoning spamming discussion, even if you consider it a cheap tactic it's still a tactic do what you can to win unless it breaks the game. why would a character built for ranged combat be forced to fight up close and at disadvantage because of some made up code of honor you guys have made.

I completely agree. Deadshot has lots of ranged attacks, so you should use them. It's like playing an FPS and not shooting at anyone. Deadshot is supposed to be played at long range, and I take no shame in saying that I think he is one of my mains, maybe slightly less than Robin and Fate, but he's still up there.

There were times where Caboose obviously had to pick different characters to even out the odds of winning, But with him knowing that we wanted some Redhood gameplay, And with us knowing that he's a Fan pleaser, there's no doubt he'd pick redhood either way,

Using the same attack over and over again is spamming wether you are zoning or not. Have nothing against zoning if there is no spam involved.
Whiplash If the opponent keeps getting hit by the same attack, why would I resort to something else that they could punish or block?

Bah! I don't want to say this because of my strange relationship with video games, but would you recommend this for somebody who has never played or, actually, enjoyed this genre of games? Would it also draw somebody back in even if they get bored by games so dang easily? Also, thank you so much for playing Injustice Two because you are, in my eyes, one of the most tolerable of the several Injustice RUclipsrs I know. I'm not going to ask for anything else, but really thanks.

Gotta be honest, probably not. The only motivation for this game is the gear system and improving online. If you get bored quickly you'll probably break the steep learning curve. Up to you.

That first bane was dumb. He could have used his level 3 trait to finish you off since it also goes through projectiles and armor.
Manuel Martinez he tried twice but because red hood fires so many shots when he meter burns, it broke through. I noticed it because I used to main bane
Unimportant Commenter he never used lvl 3 venom. Lvl 1 and 2 only give armor, while lvl 3 literally makes bane immune to projectiles and he breaks armor. So even if red hood spammed projectiles he would go through all of them no matter how much bullets he can shoot

I don't know why people are complaining about the first match! He only used the same move multiple times towards the end when he had very little life (most of us would do the same thing to get the win), I would understand the spamming comments if he did it straight away for the entire game but he didn't!

Plus most times Caboose zones it is usually to chip a health bar or he has like no health left. He doesn't use it as a first resort, but a last one.

philip cartland Practice. Get your combos down. Use RUclips to look up tech and set ups. Then jump into games and learn from there.

he's not good, he tries to play legit, then retreats behind "zoning" when he's losing or close to winning. Like OnDeadDogs YaHurd said, just practice practice practice, and you'll be able to come up with some nice combos yourself

The problem I have with Batman, is that when you get too close, you get fucked. But if you zone, then you stand a chance. The problem is that I don't zone because I like fighting in fighting games. Not spamming.

lets face it caboose's words about zoning was the wisest words u have ever heard....
Good video but I would like to say 2 things. First Red hold is not meant to be played as an all time Zoner and the fact that u use only the gun and shurikken combo makes the zoning turn into a spam.
Second I think that ur title can be described as cklickbait since it implies that u managed to pull off an incredible combo while u were using 3 to 4 combos out of like 9 or 10. I'm not trying or intend to bring haters into ur channel I just want to say my opinion.

Their is a definitive difference in spamming and zoning if you stand full screen and do one move its spamming just like blocking someone in the corner and doing the same move or combo is spamming utilizing a full screen gameplay with a diverse set of full screen projectiles and such is zoning
Caboose I know you haven't been playing red hood that long but here's two combos you can do.
1.forward 2, 3, close land mine meter burn, back 3, air 3, land, back 2, 3, charge( down,right 3). And if you have the meter burn charge tackle you can use that at the end and close with another back 3.
2. 3,2, character power, 3,3,2, grab, meter burn, back 3 and back 2, 3, charge tackle.
I find these combos to be pretty good so yeah, if you read this I hope this helped.

why are you meter burning your back 3? you have hidden explosive, just meter burn that went it connects and then back 3, up 3, down back 2

Every time I play red hood I keep ending up in a state where he is crouched tapping is gun on the ground for like 6 seconds and it really screws me up. Can anyone tell me what causes that.
Is it cinsidered spamming if you're the flash and you jump in the air use the air race move, when ever you land, kick your opponent in the air and then ground slam him like every other combo?
In the options menu (or something) you should be able to select so the other person *C A N N O T* skip the beginning interactions/intros

I agree with Caboose.
But I also agree with Maximilian Dood. a lot of the zoner problems (specifically Fate,Deadshot,and B.Adam) could be fixed by nerfing Chip damage on block, and not filling their meter so fast.
The fact a deadshot can zone me, and build meter quickly for a MB while I'm blocking and chip damage the hell out of me is a little absurd.
Fix that and well, I don't see too big an issue with zoning. And I play Robin, so i have next to no zone tools.
Game sound is too low we can't hear background music or talking sounds can you make it up a little bit thx
I struggle with batman because of his ridiculous jump attack setting you up for combos easily. Players usually jump behind you and still hit you which make it hard to block. Anyone know a way to prevent this?
hey caboose another combo i learned by myself is you have to have 2 meter what you need to do is the bounce then upward meter burn gotham stars then dive back meter burn that is a 11 hit combo

Honestly not even mad about the jumping gun usage towards the end of the match against Bane. Bane has a LOT of strength up close with armored grabs and moves and I don't see why it's unfair for him to take advantage of his weakness at range to finish him off. If he was spamming the whole game I might be upset but not in this particular case

I completed the Red Hood multiverse before they added the epic guns as an objective reward and now I don't have them. Anyone know a way I could fix that?
Idk why people are hating on red hood so much, I play him as a rushdown character and can get 400+ combos fairly easily. You just need to grind his combos a lot in practice mode bc they're kinda funky

So with Red Hood I feel like all of the combos are centered around the mine and the back 3 which is ok but it's not a lot of variety. But then when u get the new ability that makes i think down back 3 a combo starter when meterburned it changes everything but it's an ability so it won't be used in Ranked Matches
What would you recommend as a flash player I do when people are zoning me, I know there's down down 2 and back back to cancel the running but I need a better way to get in when people are zoning
