Thank you for posting your videos, especially the ones of Vidanta. We are members there as well and we travel there every year and in between to help us look forward to the awesome trip we watch our own vacation videos as well as yours. Thanks for doing them proud and making it look like a wonderful place that it is.
Thanks for watching and commenting. We have gone there 4 times and are planning on going again in 2024 with the family for Ely's birthday. We may go to the one in Riviera Maya as we have only been in the one in Nuevo Vallarta. Have you been to that location? If so please let me know if it is as good or better.
@@TravelswithJoeEly I can tell you right now that Nuevo Vallarta is 100% their crown jewel. We have been to three of their properties. We went to the grand Mayen in Cabo before they sold the property to another company and then we went to Cancun as well. My only complaint about Cancun or Riviera Maya is that it is jungle so the weather is much different than Puerto Vallarta. It’s much hotter and sometimes uncomfortable. I think it’s worth going at least once to see that location but the property is very different in the way that it runs and I’ve probably heard more complaints about the way that property is laid out versus Puerto Vallarta. The Joya show is excellent if you get the dinner and show option but I absolutely prefer Puerto Vallarta and in fact, I will be landing in Puerto Vallarta in just a few days to head on over to the grand Luxxe
Hello Joe and Ely Have you had the opportunity to stay in other sections of Vidanta before?? My favorite is the Grand LUXXE and Kingdom of the Sun. I can wait to see what comes next for Theme Park this year. Best wishes😊
Thanks for watching. We have stayed at the Grand Mayan 3 times and once at the Mayan Palace, all in Nuevo Vallarta. We are going to experience and video this summer at the Mayan Palace in Riviera Maya. Cheers! 👍😃
@TravelswithJoeEly Vidanta is such a magical place. Dear to my heart indeed. I'm always willing to share my membership if you like to stay at other levels of the resort. I always enjoy your videos from different parts of the world. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching! There is a Sam's Club about 4 - 5 miles from the Vidanta resort and I did a search and there is a Costco in Puerto Vallarta, address listed is: Av Fluvial Vallarta 134, Fraccionamiento, Fluvial Vallarta Puerto Vallarta, Jal. We have not visited it.
Thanks for watching. No, it is not all-inclusive. Restaurant prices are competitive and they have happy hour drink specials at some restaurants and poolside.
We got the Visa Sapphire card last year at the suggestion of our financial adviser who travels a lot. After getting the card we had to sign up for the Priority Pass and got a PP card. There is an app you can download which is very helpful and let's you know which airports, the names of the lounges and location in the airport. When we go to an airport if we have a lot of time between flights we access a lounge; each one is different. To access a lounge go to the counter of the lounge and show your Visa and if needed your Priority Pass. You have to show a current voarding pass showing your upcoming flight. One guest is allowed at no additional cost. Hope this helps. Happy travels!
We have enjoyed our vacations at Vidanta and so have hundreds of thousands of others. There are efforts to become a member and it depends on what that person(s) personal experience, desires and financial plans are as to whether it suits them to purchase. Can always say "no". We have spoken to many members who are satisfied with their decision to purchase.
Love this place 🥰

Will be there mid March, is there any Costco?

@@TravelswithJoeEly. I guess I need a temporary Sam Club membership
@miket.3248 We have both Sam's and Costco memberships but we prefer just to taxi to Walmart which is also near Sam's and no membership necessary.
Is this an all inclusive resort?
Thanks for watching. No, it is not all-inclusive. Restaurant prices are competitive and they have happy hour drink specials at some restaurants and poolside.
Tell me more about the Priority Pass? I have the same card but I haven’t taken full advantage of the card.
