Just installed mine also. Very friendly and thorough step-by-step explanation. I kept getting an "out of paper error" whenever I tried to print with a single sheet of paper, and I thought I had to push the paper further in. In the end, loading the tray with more paper made it possible for the printer to pull the paper in.

Maybe some extra info concerning the usage of the software which you need to download.
Does this go into sleep mode? Does one have to turn the printer back on physically before printing anything say in a day or 2 later after being left on?

Any chance you could give me the actual printer dimensions? Like Width x Depth x Height?
I'm finding conflicting dimensions on the HP website. HP gives three completely different dimensions depending where you look. I dont know which one to believe. LOL...

why one have to search for the printer everytime restarted the pc??
It works offline (wifi with no internet connection)? From the setup procedure in the video, it seems HP+ and the creation of an HP account is mandatory to use the printer.

Thanks for checking out the channel! Can use USB to print but if the printer is subscribed to HP Instant Ink, it still needs to be wirelessly connected to HP Server at least once a week. With HP+ printers, it only accepts original HP cartridges.

I was never able to get theprinter send the ip adress. I tried with the phone app,then with the pc app. It never worked even if the printer was found , prepared, . The last step of the setup never happened. I returned the printer to the store, andwill buy a usb only printer.

You can use the printer with a USB cable connected to your computer.

Does anyone know what this means? I have the 139 and it popped out a page that said this... Any pages you have printed were intended for setup and have been exhausted..... exhausted? What was exhausted? I had like 10 pieces of paper in it. I tried to set it up and it won't print? I have never had a new printer do this. The driver install wanted a PIN number? For what? I just want to print stuff not go through a million hoops to do it. Why do I need a PIN number just to print a piece of paper or 2... I read some of the comments. I bought an extra toner cartridge for this printer for $50.00.... can I use it or did I just lose 50 bucks? I don't want the extra bloatware as I'm sure many people don't. I'm not printing from the internet just from my computer. Any help appreciated.

I already set it up but then the app still shows I need to choose my country. After I made my selection, the app informed me that “we’re sorry, something went wrong. we apologize for the inconvenience! Thanks for checking out the channel! M140we is a HP+ model with additional benefits like extended warranty and Instant ink subscription savings. However, it only accepts Original HP toners (no 3rd party toner accepted). M140w can use 3rd party toners. Specs for both should be the same.
HP+ printers are generally cheaper than non-HP+ printers.

This is possibly the worst ever HP printer that I’ve ever come across. Driver is buggy AF and kept having trouble printing anything past a couple of pages before the machine and the driver craps out.
This printer is for a phone? You have to pay to print? WTF??? Gee, it would have been nice of HP to write in big letters on the box .... THIS PRINTER REQUIRES THE INTERNET TO USE. I am out $200.00, $150.00 for the printer and $50.00 for the other toner I bought. I was a big HP fan...but, this is asinine. I will never buy HP again!!! They want your bank info??? OMG!!!! I don't need instant ink...what the hell is that? HP wants us to pay for over priced toner cartridges? There's an HP in my city... I might just take it there.
That’s for a ink cartridge plan you don’t have to actually pay to print that was for setting up the 6 months free ink membership.
Trash, don't buy. How adsurd is it for a personal printer to only work after creating an HP account?
