I kinda like that not many people know of this band. It is still a hidden treasure that people will find in the future. This is one of my favorite songs of all time.
_AB-SO-🤬ING-LUTELY!_ It's pretty insane when you think about it... one of the great acts of all time, a supergroup like this, so under the radar. Definitely among the greatest songs ever, and this is one of the great live performances of all time
Lots of JPJ, Homme and Grohl comments (of course), but the unsung hero, Alain Johannes, is a master at his craft just the same. This band truly wouldn't have been the same without his addition.
hes incredible dude. he completely digested the style of every other member of the band and figured out how to contribute perfectly. Him and JPJ just add such an immense layer its unbelievable. even his singing voice is killer. theres not a single member of the band not pulling their weight. they picked the perfect fourth man.
I remember one of the times I saw them Josh, Dave and Alain were all sat down watching Jones' piano solo at they end, all just as captivated as the rest of the audience... Such unbelievable muscians.

I only discovered this song a few weeks ago. It was just Josh doing an acoustic version of it. Can't get enough of TCV ever since

Papatorrejano didnt Josh say recently that they all want to do it time is just the only issue
@Homie Homie my guess is JPJ didn't want to. For example, he wasn't fond of the tour length. Almost a year.
