Thank you for bringing this and the other stories, be they historical, engineering or other subject based to us, with your trademark passion and also with the just sense of dignity and respect you bring along with to them too. This must be irony at its extremity: a storm wrecking a wreck… how much more can be destroyed? Not trying to be funny, as a Dutchman I’m very thankful for these guys who gave their lives for me and so many others to live in freedom for all our lives so far.
Not sure if Guy has been to holland over the market garden commemorations, but if you haven’t that is the time to visit and you will see the Dutch’s gratitude out in full force.

The effort that the Dutch authorities and the workers out on the site did for us relatives, so we could visit and see the wreck was outstanding.
I love guy Martin so much. I know he's only got so many days in the year but I wish he could do more Documentaries🤣
