I swear this is a man born out of time. There's something about his mannerisms and speech that strikes me as archaic. He reminds me of what I think a British sailor in the 18th century might be like. He's endlessly fascinating to observe. A brilliant and talented man, no doubt. Just, a man that seems to have been transported from an earlier age. And I mean that as a compliment. It's as if his genes and psyche still "remember" things most modern humans have forgotten.
Sorry, nothing suggests to me of any past lives or reincarnation, but Guy represents the pinnacle of manliness without being a dick. He's charming, witty, handsome, Northern, courageous and modest, with a touch of high functioning autism (not a bad thing btw) thrown in.
Don't know why Guy mentioned John Deere as a favourite company in the last video, it's preventing farmers from fixing their own vehicles by not giving them access to tools that can reset electronic faults, forcing farmers to go to main dealers when anything goes wrong. That means they could lose serval days of prime harvesting time on a wait to get a booking when they could traditionally fix it themselves.
My Dad had 3 wheelers, we once crashed one and it roll, bounced and slid about 30 meters down a country lane. He had driven onto the grass verge and turned the wheel too quick as he panicked to get back on the road and it just dug in like on Guys effort but we were going about 40mph
I've just come back from ten days in the future and the latest in the dreadful series on Morris Lubricants, where Guy is used as an advertising tool. You can tell by Guy's general demeanour that he is not happy with the process, but was contracted to do so! Imagine my surprise, when I discovered that comments were disabled for the video!
He smashed his teeth and his jaw while working on the narrow boat. 2011 with the BBC show ‘The Boat that Guy Built’. He missed his step from land to the boat. So he had his jaw and teeth rebuilt. I’d like to know the dentist.
AAARRRRGGGHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANOTHER compilation of old content - Just how many reruns do we get? Post something unique once a month or just a series of 5 about a topic now and again - we'll be here. STOP the endless rehashes - Shows laziness and bad marketing whilst annoying viewers - It's a recipe to kill the channel.
Guy’s got a series of 3 programmes coming up. The show, entitled Guy's Power Trip, will span across three episodes and will be aired on Channel 4 this Autumn
I would love to see another series of Guy's garage. It has a bit of everything for all his fans.
I love it when Guy gets that crazed look in his eyes when he smiles....You know shits' about to go down!

I'm more interested in Guy's perfect teeth.
