I’m probably wrong here, but a lot of people were saying the Ashoka Sith character’s lightsabers were orange. A cool upgrade would be to use the orange lightsaber blades in the original mini podracers. Those were some slick improvements you made!
Can I make a suggestion to you, its about the Baylen Skoll and Shin Hati minifigures, they are also suppose to have orange blades for their lightsabers not red lightsaber blades, LEGO went the LAZY road again and gave them red blades instead of orange.

My ARC Trooper Fives minifigure was upgraded with the Clone Army Customs Phase 2 helmet with the holes to allow his rangefinder to be attached to the helmet, and I got the custom pauldron with a backpack from The French Decalers. All I need left is his wrist cape from capes4minifigs, but I wanted it with the accessories on the kama.

Put Fives pauldron under his back pack witch I think looks good or just doing it for a bit should work especially if you use your curling wand as well. Have awesome day. Laurent
Those dual molded legs also come with a print and r cheaper for some reason so i bought a bunch of them and used a "magic eraser" with a drop of water to wipe off the print.. Hope that helps

For Bylan, surprised you didn’t give him an orange lightsaber blade. I have a pair from set 4485 from 2003 that are perfect for Bylan and Shin.

For fives i switched that backpack and the pauldron place and Fives looks much better in my opinion
You could always order another fives helmet from gcc and sand down the back fin. That way it stays accurate in both phase 1 and 2
I used the dark grey dual molded legs they are cheaper and they still look great
Firestar toys also has a more accurate hairpiece for sabine by the way!

I think that Saw is green cause is based on Andor (in the show the armor seems to be green) that why He has less grey hair and shorter hair overall

Dual molded legs is such a simple, effective way to add detail and complete so many figures. But yet, it doesn't make it to sets.

What about ep3 Anakin 2008 clone wars hairpiece is outdated you can use ninjago movie Lloyd hairpiece that was Recoloured back in 2020
Maybe next time you can fix fives by putting the backpack correctly
