I can use the 'parking camera' button while driving in my (European) Ioniq. It turns the screen into a digital rearview mirror. You didn't mention, but it turns the front camera on when parking in a forward direction, which is useful for me when driving into my garage, which has a relatively narrow door.
The outermost button, next to the camera button, is for towing - so the car doesn’t keep thinking the trailer is too close.😊
