Ah não gente! A cereja do bolo foi o colaborador atendente vestindo trages que me lembraram os gaúchos! Eu amei ver isso.... Os cortes de carne estão lindos e parecem realmente deliciosos, tem até vinagrete, me senti representada! Ahahhah
Só não vi a farofa, que aqui no Brasil é de lei, não pode faltar farofa no churrasco... Ahahha

I see a lot of Brazil influence in here, but not a single thing from Texas.

Might just be the name because that is all I could think as well. Lot of Brazil, zero Texas.
But then again the world over has "Texas" themed restaurants with the closest thing to authentic Texas anything is cracked black pepper on the table.
