Hi Leslie! I just wanted to say that after the 90 days challenge I just cannot stop doing yoga everyday. Sometimes more, sometimes less but not going to the mat at least once a day is not an option anymore. This is my 2nd round of this challenge. Good job Leslie, you really made of yoga a healthy habit in my life! Namaste =)

This is my second time around with yoga fix 90, and I am feeling a lot stronger than when I started the first time. Thank you Lesley! I remember the first week, when I saw "lower body" I was scared of it, now I'm like "Bring it!" It feels great.
I forgot how much this practice turned the heat up in my body. What an awesome class. So this Sunday I will be doing "Yoga on the Steps" in Philadelphia. This will be the first time that I will be doing yoga in a group setting. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. 😯 Sunshine and butterflies to you! Until tomorrow

My legs are shaking right now. Loved Day 5! Only thing, by the time I got to a headstand, you were done. Guess that needs some practise. The best thing abut these videos is that, we are doing different things each day and is refreshing. Plus no extra warm up or cool down required. Everything in one video. Thank you :)

This is my second time through the 90 day fix and I am loving it!! I liked the flow I sweated more during this practice than I did in my cardio workout lol Thank you!!
I never rest in the middle of a sequence, but with this video I stopped several times, and I thought of stopping completely 15 minutes in. Luckily, I decided to keep going, and I'm glad I did. This was a tough one!

I cannot thank you enough for making this educational program attainable for everyone for free; it speaks volumes about your passion for teaching yoga. In my 2+ years of practicing off and on, this is the first program that has kept my attention outside of a pricey studio. I am a very unflexible powerlifter, and I can't even begin to tell you how much your videos have started to help me with my form and lifts. Hopefully, I can check back in in a few years of daily yoga practice and comment about what made the difference.

Wow. I can't believe I finish this routine! Child pose was my sanctuary and skipping 50% of the Vinyasa carried me through. I feel like my legs and abs are so much stronger. For the first time, I was able to hold a headstand without needing the wall. Thank you! Namaste.

Day 5 was in "easiest" day so far. The pace was not so fast and I made it through only pausing the video to catch up in the vinyasa flows. Thank you, I enjoyed that.
Day 5 completed! I've never exercised or stretched religiously 5 days in a row...2 or 3 I've done, but not 5! I already feel proud and positive. My back feels so lengthened each time I finish. Looking forward to tomorrow's 😀 thank you!
Loved this! I injured my shoulder earlier this year and it pretty much put me out of commission for a couple of months. I was crazy depressed from not being able to exercise. Then I found your channel! I did the Beginners challenge, Hatha Yoga series, then the general yoga work out videos. Now I'm doing the yoga fix and I can't believe how far I've come! I did a headstand today and my body felt so strong and so stable. I actually teared up. Yoga has helped me so much in my journey to wellness. I'm amazed at this series. I never thought I'd be able to do yoga like this, that plank to dolphin plank was amazingly intense, I collapsed ((healthily) right before it ended but I know that from these practices I'll be able to hold plank poses for even longer, even stronger. and this morning I was just writing stuff along those lines of "someday =/= a day of the week" so serendipitous, the only time is now! This was great, I did this 2nd round, plus day 5 of the beginner course. So , I can say that I am now on day 95 of the Yoga Fix 90 :) I have been doing yoga with you Lesley, for 95 straight days... I feel a new person, thanks to you! Also, I finally ordered a more serious yoga mat for myself, it is Bodhi Eco Pro Diamond, I am so excited! I find that the classes of the 30 day beginner challenge feel just so great after the heavier practices of the 90 day program :). Well, this morning, therefore I had 55 minutes of yoga, 40 minutes of this one, plus 15 of the beginner course.
Hi Leslie! I got to your 30-ish day and then was off for two months as our family moved. I've started from day 1 again and love it all just as much! Last go, this Day 5 was REALLY a challenge. This time - still a challenge, but I KNOW I'm stronger thanks to you. Namaste.

Just started this series after yoga revolution with adrienne! I have to say - I found it very hard to keep up and first few days I got a bit frustrated, as the pace is much faster than Yoga with Adrienne. However, I noticed myself getting stronger a lot quicker, which was really encouraging!! Thank you so much for these videos
I loved this one! I mean, my quads hated it, but I had a really good time. The vinyasas were a bit more slow paced so I didn’t have to rush them. I think the voice directions synced up more with the routine, as well, which made it easy to follow. The only times I paused were when I needed a break, not because I had gotten lost. Yay! Excited for Day 6!
This one was a challenge - Lesley day 5 i can feel Im getting back on track already! I can feel it in my down dog which on day 1 was painful and angular, today feels graceful and smooth. Such a big difference. Thank you! And to 85 more
This is my 3rd time doing the yoga fix 90, and it's still as challenging as the 1st time. Mostly these days during social distancing when I'm not doing pretty much any else besides exercising at home once in a while. However this time I made some progress as I managed to get into headstand. Love practicing these classes again and again and notice how I feel differently each time. This one was challenging but I was able to do most of it, but not all. My chaturanga is getting better already! Didn't get all of the lunge-dips, no head stand and not ready for wheel again just yet. Even so, it was a great practice and I'm looking forward to the remaining 85 days!
Day 5 done! I feel great! My right knee hurts a little bit from yesterday's squats, I need to be more careful next time. I've done yoga before, but your videos are the ones I like the most, even thought they are the hardest for me. I'm already looking forward to tomorrow's class.

First class that I had to take a break in child's pose in the middle to catch my breath. Very enlivening and sweat inducing session. Think I'm going to start having a healthy protein shake after these sessions- I do these videos in the afternoon and body seems to be craving it- great videos!

This is my second time going through the YogaFix90 as well! I got off track somewhere around day 80 and by the time I went back, I figured it'd be best to just do it from the beginning. Even with a few months hiatus, my body still benefited so much that its much easier this time around! I tell everyone about you and your wonderful RUclips channel. I must confess I'm not keeping up on a daily basis & I totally couldn't come up with a single excuse, I'm just a slow follower, lol!!! I like the fact that you read beautiful poems before or after the practice & I find that very wonderful, it adds an extra TLC to the practice. Love day 5. My favs are the head stand for 6/minutes & the bridge!! (wink!) I have mastered these two postures though weren't easy! Thank you, Lesley! ^~^

Day 5, done!!! This was the first class that made me sweat enough to make a puddle. It was surprisingly tough. I like the built in exercises. It was relaxing and made me push myself, which to me is an ideal combo. Thank you, Lesley. Shalom and Namaste Zach

Day 5 made me realize my left hip is definitely out of kilter again. Ill be using some ice and either a more consistent stretch from my Chiropractor or a visit may be in order. I'm often in denial, but you woke me up today! Thank you
I almost gave up half way through, but it was then I knew I needed to charge forward! I appreciate the challenging practices so very much, especially while I am detoxing and cleaning myself back up after the holidays. You're the best for all you offer us, Lesley! Namaste :)
This was even harder than the previous day. That warrior 3 sequence was a little too much so I skipped most of it but I still showed up and made it through the end. I hope by the end of this challenge I can finally have a stable headstand.
This was an awesome video. It was definitely tough, but it allowed me to realize that I am actually getting stronger. My legs are still slightly sore from the past 4 days. This one built up a lot of heat which allowed me to stretch my sore leg muscles. It was hard but it felt great!
This is about my third time trying to make it through this series and I already missed a day, but I hope to push through until day 90 this time! Day 5 was wonderful and really challenging i feel so great
I was having just the most awful day today, I was feeling so low and heavy and just depressed. I finally got the motivation to do this whole video and I feel so much better, thank you so much!!
I made it to Day 5 three days ago and was able to make it only halfway through the video. I almost gave up on continuing the challenge because this speed is too advanced for me, however, I returned today and felt great. I was happy that the quote for this video was "someday is not a day of the week"- I've been working on getting things done NOW as opposed to later so it really resonated with me. Anyway- thank you!! Day 5 completed!

Round 4! I am so much stronger then during my previous rounds. Thank you Lesley. Completed days 4 through 10 in Croatia during my holiday, at the beach each morning. Wonderful program, this is the best strength and flexibility building yoga program out there.
I am doing this class now in 2022. Thank you Lesley for leaving the legacy for generations to come and Thank you Duke for continuing it

This one was a challenge - Lesley day 5 i can feel Im getting back on track already! I can feel it in my down dog which on day 1 was painful and angular, today feels graceful and smooth. Such a big difference. Thank you! And to 85 more
This is my 3rd time doing the yoga fix 90, and it's still as challenging as the 1st time. Mostly these days during social distancing when I'm not doing pretty much any else besides exercising at home once in a while. However this time I made some progress as I managed to get into headstand. Love practicing these classes again and again and notice how I feel differently each time. This one was challenging but I was able to do most of it, but not all. My chaturanga is getting better already! Didn't get all of the lunge-dips, no head stand and not ready for wheel again just yet. Even so, it was a great practice and I'm looking forward to the remaining 85 days!
Wow, that was a tough one for me, but still exhilirating, I am drenched in sweat and happy like a baby :) Looking forward to the next 85!

Day 5 done! I feel great! My right knee hurts a little bit from yesterday's squats, I need to be more careful next time. I've done yoga before, but your videos are the ones I like the most, even thought they are the hardest for me. I'm already looking forward to tomorrow's class.

First class that I had to take a break in child's pose in the middle to catch my breath. Very enlivening and sweat inducing session. Think I'm going to start having a healthy protein shake after these sessions- I do these videos in the afternoon and body seems to be craving it- great videos!

This is my second time going through the YogaFix90 as well! I got off track somewhere around day 80 and by the time I went back, I figured it'd be best to just do it from the beginning. Even with a few months hiatus, my body still benefited so much that its much easier this time around! I tell everyone about you and your wonderful RUclips channel. I must confess I'm not keeping up on a daily basis & I totally couldn't come up with a single excuse, I'm just a slow follower, lol!!! I like the fact that you read beautiful poems before or after the practice & I find that very wonderful, it adds an extra TLC to the practice. Love day 5. My favs are the head stand for 6/minutes & the bridge!! (wink!) I have mastered these two postures though weren't easy! Thank you, Lesley! ^~^

Hello Lesley! This is the first time I have EVER commented on a youtube video and I just want to say how much I love all your classes. I have been flowing along with you for quite some time now and my practised has evolved so much down to your fantastic tutorials. You are doing a great job, keep up the good work!
Day 5, done!!! This was the first class that made me sweat enough to make a puddle. It was surprisingly tough. I like the built in exercises. It was relaxing and made me push myself, which to me is an ideal combo. Thank you, Lesley.

Day 5 made me realize my left hip is definitely out of kilter again. Ill be using some ice and either a more consistent stretch from my Chiropractor or a visit may be in order. I'm often in denial, but you woke me up today! Thank you

This was even harder than the previous day. That warrior 3 sequence was a little too much so I skipped most of it but I still showed up and made it through the end. I hope by the end of this challenge I can finally have a stable headstand.

This was an awesome video. It was definitely tough, but it allowed me to realize that I am actually getting stronger. My legs are still slightly sore from the past 4 days. This one built up a lot of heat which allowed me to stretch my sore leg muscles. It was hard but it felt great!

I was having just the most awful day today, I was feeling so low and heavy and just depressed. I finally got the motivation to do this whole video and I feel so much better, thank you so much!!

I made it to Day 5 three days ago and was able to make it only halfway through the video. I almost gave up on continuing the challenge because this speed is too advanced for me, however, I returned today and felt great. I was happy that the quote for this video was "someday is not a day of the week"- I've been working on getting things done NOW as opposed to later so it really resonated with me.

Round 4! I am so much stronger then during my previous rounds. Thank you Lesley. Completed days 4 through 10 in Croatia during my holiday, at the beach each morning. Wonderful program, this is the best strength and flexibility building yoga program out there.
