This mix is how I discovered Cryo Chamber and what made me dive into Dark Ambient. I was working miserable part-time gigs, hooked on meds (some I needed, some I didn't), drunk to the world every chance I got, hungover the rest of the time, and at some point lost everything and my carcass ended up without a roof above it. I am prone to serious insomnia and back in January 2017, I found this mix while searching for something completely unrelated, ripped the audio to my phone using public wi-fi like the pirate scum I was/am, and suddenly the stress that kept me awake at night was cut in half and I could finally at least rest and even sometimes sleep, thanks to this peculiar piece. I have since reclaimed my (very humble) place amongst the living, real employment, roof, clothes and all, through sheer pig-headedness, and have been happily buying albums from Cryo, because discovering what goodness and warm darkness it holds has actually literally helped me and so that is the least I can do. Okay, okay... enough group hug shit. Love.
The first track is a true masterpiece to Kemet... pure magic
this is beautiful. love the ambiance of the egyptian-like instruments.
Love listening to cryo while I'm sleeping, my husband sounds like he's in the middle of an exorcism when he snores😂 and this perfectly masks it. It is really relaxing to me as well and helps me drift off into the night. I also use some for ritual workings as well!! A+
I'm a programmer and I love to work with this type of music. It makes me focused keeping all distractions away. Also, I love most of the artists from this playlist, so it's even more comfortable for me to listen to. Thank you for this mix!

I love this stuff right here......the egyptian flutes and humming voices are soothing and makes me think im an Ancestor of a Pharohs Son in my former life. When I fall asleep is when i dream this. many times I'm waking up in an egyptian Tomb, sliding the Sarcaupagus off of my body. Stripping the wrappings off my skin, all anew nothing rotten. walking aimlessy through the corridors of a Pyramid for century's with no escape. Trapped within it's walls of Heirogylphs and ancient writtings. The Anubis watching over as Raa reclaims my dreaming soul yet again as there's no exit back to life thus waking me up from my dream. till next time I slip into a deep long slee
This collection is my favourite, all the tracks have something of ancient and melancholic. It sounds like the edge of civilization.

1st One "Ett ord från öknen" is Swedish and means "a word from the desert", kinda cool to see some Swedes into egyptian ambient, grymt :)

I think if I were sleeping to this, the vocal sounds on Bära Fram Solen would give me nightmares! Love the mix otherwise though. Works great as background music without distraction.
