Join 88.5 FM's Afternoon host Andy Chanley in conversation with singer-songwriter and fiddler Amanda Shires!

I was not a fan when I first heard her years ago - - - but this new stuff is phenomenal!! I listened to an interview recently where (it sounds like) she really let people in the industry try to change her sound. I'm glad she cut loose. Talented - gorgeous - smart - genuine.

Ok this is beautifully awesome and I'm just through one song. She is so vibrant! Got to the John Prine part. Saddle in the Rain is the one Prine song I know how to play with zero review.

This video reminded me why i dont go to desert 5. Its so not a real honky tonk bar. Its a Hollywood lounge with western crap thrown all over it and the arttists they show are Nashville pop crap that appeals to west Hollywood hipster's and gays.

@@ersp1 Because this woke nonsense is now infecting every aspect of society and people are naively buying into the 'new normal', without understanding that it is actually rooted in Cultural Marxism. Basically it is a subversive form of social engineering, courtesy of the people who have openly stated that their goal is 'to make western civilization stink.'

      Well she’s woke so 🤷🏼‍♂️.
Isbell had enough and filed for divorce. She seems difficult emotionally IMO.
I do like her music though 👍
