This is fabulous thank you! Any chance of a walk through of the Edexcel iGCSE biology specimen paper 2? The exam is this Friday and I'm really worried about it...
We don't enucleate the body cell of the animal being cloned. We just take the body cell and fuse it with the enucleated ovum using electric current. 13:58 you talked about enucleating the body cell. Can you look at it please? I love your videos. They are really helpful.
Great video, just one query though: At 9:10 you talk about how all of the glucose and some ions are returned to the blood; 'returned' makes this process seem passive, whilst in actual fact it is done by means of active transport, with the use of ATP against a concentration gradient. Otherwise great video!
When the comprehension question is tricky they trying to trick students by answering that question 🤔by using their own words and language to be able to answer that question as a guide to help them
@@fpsreactions8481 yes, content that is not in bold AND is in bold is on paper 2 (i.e. the entire specification). only content that is not in bold is in paper 1 (part of the specification).

Thanks a million, Hazel, for this ever so useful video.
She was being so sassy when she was answering question 1. Why do they even put a whole passage there those doesn't help a bit 😭

We take out the nucleus from the body cell to fuse it with the enucleated egg cell
if you don't enucleate the nucleus then how else would it be taken from the adult cell?
these videos are sooooo helpful please make them for chemistry and physics

is this the new spec? or old?
for transcription, do we not need to talk about RNA polymerase?
yes just say that it is involved in the unwinding of the dna helix
Doubt in question no. 5
will this also work for paper 2 biolgy june 2024 edexcel igsce?
Yep!

Hi i cant seem to understand the specification ? We only study the one in bold?
No, you need to know everything on the specification. The bits in bold are the topics that aren’t also part of paper 1
@@SciencewithHazel So that means that in paper 2 they can test us on absolutely anything?
