Oh my God, thank you so much!!! They really got to update these drivers to make them less laggy and annoying, I've had this problem for a while and even thought about selling my Kamvas 13, good thing I didn't

Sorry for the late reply. It has to be there, sometimes you need to scroll lower in background processes to see it.

Sorry I have never used a mac so I don't know. I also thought this was a windows exclusive problem.
