Fallout 2 glitch - “Ghosts’ in the Deserted Bar (Vault City area)

Kate is alone in the semi-darkness of the deserted bar and finds out that there are lingering “voices” of the former patrons which still remain within its walls
As she stood there reminiscing those good old days, the echoes of the past continued to haunt the now abandoned place

Gameplay notes:
This bug may happen after you convince Cassidy to give up ownership of his bar (the Spittoon) and join you in your quests.
Afterwards make him stay and wait somewhere (outside the Vault City area).
Then go re-visit the place
The bar patrons will be gone, yet their dialogue floats remain
