That last buff you showed off with the Eraser Blow in the corner was always possible, but it was made much easier in this patch.

He also benefitted A LOT from the universal system changes, the new tag mechanic is so good for him as a mid, he gets high damage/meter build particularly in the corner, and the EX meter gain buff makes it so that he can do sparkless, armored TODs from only 3 meters start!
Really appreciate the content! One suggestion for showing the buffed assist blockstun is to have them jump immediately after and showing them side by side. It might just be me, I have trouble visualizing the difference and the other side by sides really helped out.
His air super actually does MORE damage than his grounded super scaled. Scaled, the air super does 300 per dash for a total of 900 while the grounded does 160 +700 for a total of 860. Air super is actually more optimal now.
still wish he got better frame data but this video helped me understand some of his buffs, thank you

The Eraser Blow change is a good one. I do believe you were able to convert it into a full combo before the change, but you had to do a nearly frame perfect dash into the grab. This just makes it so that it's much easier to do the grab follow up now which is good. I think a lot of changes to the game in this patch is just kinda making situations which were very very hard (to the point of being almost frame perfect if not literally having to be frame perfect) a lot easier to do now. I think this is a good change. I know some people are going to complain that it removes the skill from the game, but I don't necessarily think a fighting game needs to be about frame perfect combos. There's still so much mental skill required to be good at fighting games. It's essentially taking the situations where somebody has the intelligence to do well in a fighting game but maybe has issues with frame perfect commands (could be disabled in some way) and makes it so they're more likely to pull off the situations that they're envisioning in their heads without input error. I think that's fine. You have to be clever and skilled to think of these situations anyway, especially in neutral.

I kinda wish the eraser blow projectile got the same buff as all the other angled projectiles but I guess that would be giving a little too much versatility to a single move.
Edit: also with the actual buff in the corner, with the right assists, I found it to be a decent way to end combos for a double super setup

Sbroly is kinda weak,he still has really bad frame data and mix,the only good things about him are his damage and he looks cool
@@alysoncardoso6684 when playing against him, his combos stop looking cool after the third time, they feel soooo long and boring. Also I have to lower voice volume against him because his screams are super annoying.

S broly didn't get the buffs he needed sadly. With no safe normals blocking against this character is hard to get hit by. Unless you can learn to condition people incredibly easily hes a struggle to open people up with. I was hoping at least one safe normal would be given to him but I suppose we just need to work with what was given to us
I don't think they will give him any safe normals. He's clearly designed to be a high-risk and reward characters, and I bet the dev team though the special switch change was enough of a buff.

What even happened to Kefla? I have yet to hear anyone talk about her =/
Her autocombo got HELLA buffed, the third hit is now air invincible and comes out waaay faster after the 5LL if it whiffs. She got some smaller buffs like a slightly bigger jM and being able to super dash after her M projectile, but the huge autocombo buff is the biggest change by far.
All I got from this video is “your goin to get shit on by super broly players even more then before”
