The thumbnail for this vid shows a player KICKING the ball on his serve... but that play is NOWHERE in the video. I'm about ready to BLOCK the Power Volleyball channel for click-baiting. SO SHAMEFUL.
So do that, it won't change anything. If you want to see someone kicking a volleyball in a championship, search for it. I don't see any problem in doing this to attract clicks.
Not a single shocking serve to me, but those comentators were shocked every single time the ball touched the ground, like it should never happen in volleyball.
I CAN'T STAND these British/Aussie commentators. Their accent is annoying, and they know NOTHING about the game. They call every single off-speed serve a 'float serve', but often, it's topspin. They act/sound as if they're trying to sensationalize every point, regardless of how un-sensational it is. Paul Sunderland and Kevin Barnett are the true pro's, legends in volleyball announcing. These amateur announcers bring shame to the game, and do NOT help to popularize the sport.
@@djbenje4019 You are absolutely right and you understood my point. I watch volleyballtv muted. Idea for FIVB: There could be an option to turn off the commentators and only ambient sound would come out of the speakers like from scouting camera or a game in Japanese TV. Everyone except Mark Lebedew is just a fanboy or fangirl who is looking for something exciting in every move or pose on the court. Not to mention that they are almost always biased to one side on the court and like their actions even if they lost a point. The word amateurs is almost perfect for describing their abilities. German language has even better description: "Dilettant"

It's illegal anyway
@warriyorcat yes, and from the thumbnail, I thought I'd be able to see a player actually do it... So misleading. Shame on Power Volleyball
Lol its your fault for getting clickbaited by that stupid thumbnail

The player in the thumbnail zaytsev has insane serves and he wasn't even in the video
Impressive serves, yes, but nothing shocking, you're right. This is the first - and last - video I watch from this user.
I remember these serves, whole country was shocked. It took months to process most of these serves. And some, I still couldn't process
"Shocked"? Really? These serves happen in every single game...
