Thank you, this helped me so much explain to people what is happening, since I barely have the capability to do so haha. This stuff is so strange, stress and mental trauma are weird things. Thank you
Thank you for sharing this valuable information. Truly grateful. You have given more information then any doctor or specialist i have ever seen. I have spent many years trying to figure things out for myself.
For sure! I send a lot more information in my weekly emails than I post here. I actually have a whole course on Tackling Brain Inflammation. Are you on my email list to make sure you get the emails and other content? One of the best ways to get on the email list is through downloading a summary info page on brain inflammation like this: traumahealingaccelerated.mykajabi.com/top-3-biochemical-imbalances-1 All My Best ~
I'm pretty sure I suffered some mini strokes as a baby from my DTP shots back in the 50s. You can tell by looking at my face. Lazy eyes and lopesided smile.
OMG you just made me remember that I was chasing a ball as a kid, put my foot in front of it and ended up tripping, hitting my head and passing out. When I woke up I was in my bed. Could that have primed me to be stuick in freeze mode now at 66 yrs old?
I have a lot of anxiety so I imagine I have inflammation. But I have, unfortunately, also ambien that binds to gaba. So my question, can I take these supplements?? Grateful for answers!
In the 21 Day Journey Challenge, you start to learn about the freeze and trauma response in the body, then in subsequent courses, we can dive into the Biology of Trauma and supporting specific aspects of it like the Brain Inflammation!
@@DrAimieApigian I ‘ Ve already studied a lot about traumas/ nervous system/ porges theory etc ( in the last year I’ ve read lots of books, watched basically all of your videos and the videos of Irene Lyon … and attended a course about the NS disregulation and traumas ).. so I was looking for something practical ( with practical advices and suggestions about what to do / supplements to take etc … ).. do you have specific courses for this ?
