Doom?????!!! The 3DO version is notoriously one of the worst games ever made (although I love it as I love many crap games)
How about Blade Force, Immercenary, Off-World Interceptor, Pataank, Policenauts, Guardian War (Powers Kingdom), Return Fire (I mean, come on), Shock Wave 2, Star Control II (perhaps the best game ever for any system), Wing Commander III, The Horde, The Incredible Machine, Twisted... Not even counting some of the obscure games I love that others would if getting exposed to them
I've loved the 3DO for 30 years and hope it can be well represented online
