Thank you for this! Unfortunately I'm having difficulty finding olives that aren't canned and floating in brine. I'm really becoming a fan of your hard work and will keep watching your videos. 😊
If you were to heat a towel & put it on your face, & keep doing that & then put this on your face, I don't know of any better properties than FRESH olive oil on the skin. This is an incredible tutorial. Thank you. Cooking with it too is really good for you. The Kalamata olives are the healthiest in the world to press for heart health.
Israel & the U.S. are creating, & should be out this year, 2024 a device called the Olive X-Press for kitchen countertops. Small kitchen device so you can have fresh olive oil for cooking anytime you like, so long as you buy olives. I am watching for this.
Very easy and impressive oil extraction method
Thank you. I will try this. GOD BLESS YOU.
Thanks for the detailed video!
This is a great video showing proper cold pressing at home! 👏👏👏👍💚🌱🍀✅

I use coconut oil for skin, it really does provide uv protection. I was in hot Thailand in summer and used only this and no sunburn and truly no chemicals. Question is does olive oil provide as much uv protection? Can’t find an article on it. Thanks 🙏

Please what can I use for massive stretch marks what oil
where and how do i get the olive seed locally am in ibadan
in Sarawak, the locals called these fruit 'dabai',, we dont turn it into oils. instead we eat it with rice. In order to prepare the fruit, usually we soak in hot water around 50-60°C. Boil water will hardened the fruit. after the fruit is soft. Remove the water and add soy sauce or salt or even sweet soy sauce
but the fruit can also sun bath to soften the fruits

@@ko4848 hahhahha i know
Please i want to know how to make turmeric oil
Where can i get the oil to buy
Great video. I routinely consume extra virgin olive oil (from any brands I can find at supermarket racks) like 2 tbsp every morning on empty stomach. It's great as hair oil too to tame frizzy hair. All this time I thought the oil was from the stones, and from your video I just knew it is produced from the flesh. I like your accent, too.
Yes it is made from the flesh and not the stones.
Thanks so much for listing out the uses of olive oil and also for the compliment. Have a great day ahead
I lick the fruits,i don't even know it as olive fruits i only know the native name ube okpoko, thank you for the video 👍👍

How do I get olive fruits
What kind of olives you using ???
Your channel is wonderful and always informative. Is the olive fruit readily available in the market and which market in Lagos can I get it? It all depends on how much oil I extract from the fruit. Besides, knowledge is not lost. Now I know how olive oil is extracted!
Thanks dear. They are very common in Jos Plateau as women hawk it in the streets but I don't know about Lagos; you can just ask around you may be lucky to find them.
I don't think it's in lagos..but I think one might try oyingbo market on a market day.

Where did you buy the olives?
In Jos
Can I put preservatives for longterm use
Sure you can
@@OnyxFoodHill what kind of preservative you thinking ?
It is the normal olive fruits that we use to eat corn with?
No dear this is not the same with the one you use for eating corn as it's only found in Northern Nigeria.
This very one is called atileh in the north, it's another specie of olives; the fruits and the oil are sold separately.
Are the olives the same thing called Ube that the igbos in Nigeria roast and eat?
No these are not Ube, but a type of olives found in the North
They use to roast bread and rub olives on it in the Aegean
Ube is a general name for pear as we have different types of pear
You can find this very one is Jos plateau state thought it tast excatly like ube even d tree is same as ube
Wow You're just too much ,thanks for sharing this video
Thanks so much dear
Pls hw can i preserve my oil so it can last long
You can keep it in the fridge, or if it's freed from water it can stay in the shelf without any issue
Pls where did you u get the raw olives?
In the markets. Where I live, they are very common even in the streets
Please is Ube olive fruit, I mean the one we normally use to eat our corn
I don't get your question please
Those fruits are ube for sure.
