  • Cold pressed avocado oil is a natural by-product that comes from the pressed pulp of the avocado that has not been in contact with any form of heat. Commonly used in the food world. High in fat like olive oil, but unlike that peppery oil it has a mild, smooth and buttery taste. You might not have it in your kitchen cupboard yet, but it could soon become a staple after watching this video.
Cold pressed avocado oil has a high smoke-point (the temperature in which oil begins to degrade under heat), making it an optimal choice for high-heat cooking, such as stir-frying and sautéing. It can withstand high temperatures without breaking down and losing its health benefits as many other oils do.
While it is a good choice for high-heat cooking, it is also delicious for drizzling and salad dressings.
The benefits, however, are not limited to the kitchen.
    Examples are:
    *Lowers Cholesterol
    *Lowers Blood Pressure
    *Detoxes Your Body
    *Helps Fight and Prevent Cancer
    *Treats Skin Damage and Irritations
    *Fights Wrinkles:
    *Helps Treat Periodontal Disease
    *Fuller, Faster-Growing Hair
    *Boosts Nutrient Absorption
    *Moisturizes and nourishes
*Relieves inflammation from psoriasis and eczema
    *Prevents and treats acne
    *Accelerates wound healing
    *Treats sunburned skin
    *Reduces signs of aging
    *Improves nail health
    I*mproves scalp health
Avocado oil can be massaged into the skin, used in a face mask, or added to lotions, creams, shower gels, or bath oils. It can be used on skin daily without adverse effects.
Adding a few tablespoons of avocado oil to a bath can leave the whole body feeling soft and help to prevent hot water from drying out the skin.
It can also be mixed with a person’s favorite bath oil, such as lavender or aloe vera
Research suggests that avocado oil can help to prevent several health issues, including diabetes and high cholesterol. Thanks for watching & pls subscribe to my channel

Love this entire process. I use avocado oil in my natural hair, and I love the benefits it gives to my hair. This is a long process to get the oil, but the outcome is worth it.

I love how you showed everything step by step I never realized what it took to make avocado oil. It looks like an easy process but it also seems like it’s time consuming. I might have to give this a try one day thanks for sharing.

OMG! See how Lucy made this process so simole. My forst attempt was awful and the painful part was that i wasted about 15 big Gwen or Reed avocado and my wife was mad bacuse she love eating it raw but i insisted of making oil out of it.
For this brilliant information, i will give it another shot this week. I have gotten enough avocado and i will definitely get it this time with patient.
    Thanks once again Lucy.
    Lucy Rescue At Last 💪♥️♥️

I love why she laughs at some questions. When she does laughs it’s just because she fines it funny not “laughing at someone”. I love the beautiful soul your spirit expresses to us of who you are. Would this help my hair sense I’m why. I’ve not seen any white people make this. You did such a great job Ms Lucy!! 💕

Heya - if it’s worth saying I’m white and my hair is awful with “white people products”. Read white people products to mean the cheap crap that people with easy hair can get away with using. It makes for a great profit margin to big companies but also makes for unhappy customers who have no other options.
These recipes are fabulous for anyone especially people with curls in their hair. I guess it was just more obvious to whole families of curly haired people that it was the bad products that were the problem. It wasn’t “just them” or “they just had bad hair” like I got told.
It’s actually surprising to me that people think race matters in this - or more that most hairdressers of every race I’ve met thinks it does. Okay it plays a part genetically but it’s not as important as what hair type you actually have regardless of what is considered typical for your race. I definitely recommend these recipes and ingredients even if you have straight hair. Just figure out the right ratios for you… and look up your hair type. I have 4a hair and am so pale you’d go blind looking at me in the sun. lol 😆 It works on light coloured hair too.

I have two huge avocado trees and am attempting to make the oil. Someone asked if it is okay to start with avocados that are brown when opened I think you misunderstood and thought they were asking if yours were brown. All mine were so over ripie that they were mostly brown and I figured it was ok since we are just turning it brown anyway but I do not know. So you just answered my question, mine were close to rotten. They were mostly brown and all soft. I tried some in the oven and that doesn't seem worth the effort and maybe it is the wrong variety. I have a huge batch I am still drying and at first I left it all in the big bucket and this morning it was full of mold and I skimmed off the mold and seem to be good. You have answered many of my questions thank you this is very good.
