It’s surely obvious that the last ronin people will buy it which will it go up and down but when the time gets closer and when the movie comes out That’s when more and more will jump on it and the process will surely go up if the movie is really good which I know it will be! You need to watch Godzilla: Minus 1 it is fucking awesome, heavy as fuck, but sooooooo good.
This is the hottest the X-men has been since "Deadly Genesis" by Brubaker. Not one other X-related crossover has generated the same buzz. Before that it was "Fatal Attractions/Bishop" stories that culminated in "Onslaught".
Who was traitor to the X-Men? Who is old LeBeau's one-eyed assassin who says "Leave or die."? These were heavy story points, only one of which was resolved! The whole Krakoa setting was interesting. Some writers want mutants to play nice. I'd like to see most of them retire.
If Wesley Snipes comes back maybe Halle Berry can come back as Storm and beat him up for a change……

I could care less about most of these over-hyped comics, there are so many classic silver and bronze age DC's that are affordable that never get hype. I love picking up just based on goofy and bizarre covers.

The MCU needs to get rid of Bob & Kevin. Even then the momentum is broken its going to take 10 years of good films to get them back to regular 1 Billion dollar movies.

@@bradfrederick1135 probably lost the 'its Saturday might as well go to the cinema and see what's on' crowd. However a well anticipated good word of mouth movie will still bring the crowds. Problem for the cinema is that there are not enough of those around.
@@Whalewraith I agree. I think a great movie will always be a hit at the theaters but it seems like some of those second tier films that still made a lot of money are not anymore. I saw the new Indiana Jones movie in the theater. I didn’t think it was great or terrible. It was just very average which a half decade ago would have been enough to push the grosses to 700-800 million maybe even a billion. As it stands it only made 384 million.
@@bradfrederick1135 word of mouth is killing a lot of movies. People aren't flocking out on opening weekend. Im really intrested in how Deadpool plays out. The buzz is good but there's a lot of conflict between Ryan & Disney at the moment. If it falls apart in the third act and people come out disappointed it will kill its box office by the second weekend.

Remember NWO from WCW? It was huge back in the day. But it ran its course and that whole brand died on the vine. There was nothing they could do to revive that brand. It ran its course and evolved into something that people avoided. I think that’s where we are at with the MCU. The well is poisoned. I think they might have to lean into another genre within the Marvel Universe and get away from superheroes. Maybe horror, the Werewolf By Night special was good. I think Deadpool Vs. Wolverine will do very well but I wouldn’t take that as a sign that the MCU is back. It only indicates that the Deadpool franchise is still very popular.
