Hey Dan thnaks for the awesome video! Can you make a short video runnign through your campaigns and just show how the workflow is done for each? I have a good SMS/RVM campaign in the workflows but when it comes to anything else I'm kinda lost without trial and error.
I was never able to get the workflows going I’m still trying to get them going, I have done everything with triggers
@@danbuysallhouses I finally got one of the support people on a zoom call and the issue I found out was you need to either choose Campaigns & Triggers or Workflows. The two clash with eachother and if you have the same action or automation in your workflow that’s in your triggers it will work intermittently. What I did was cloned over all of my campaigns one by one into workflows (that’s an option) then once I verified it was 100% working as expected I deleted the trigger and campaign. Try turning your triggers into drafts then do your workflow. I have mine working now where all the triggers and built into my workflow and individual users come and go IE(phone numbers) as the allotted 200 sms limit gets close to max. It’s working extremely well and I’m glad I took the time to learn it. Thanks for the recommendation.

I have not, I use call tools just my preference not sure how well it works but call tools has a 10 line dailer

No it does not do any list stacking
If I'm sending out 50 text messages ( at the same time) to send offer to buy their land..... Does the texting system allow to associate which phone number belongs to which property address? Or dies it not put the property address on every text?

I do use the little power dialer they have to call follow ups, but I use mojo to power dial it’s a lot faster and it uses 3 lines

No you need both, I use calltools instead of mojo
@@danbuysallhouses I just got batchleads and batchdialer and was using 3 out multi dialer with 5 separate phone numbers to prevent spam likely from the carriers and within 1 hour they were all labeled as spam. What is your advice for best practices to avoid this from happening? I really want to get this going but it is frustrating spending money to see spam labeled on my outbound calls. I don’t use batchdailer never used it I use calltools, i limit my phone calls to less than 125 calls per day, I have 30 lines

I dont use VA's I have 2 employees we all monitor the text messaging in the morning, I used to do it, but now I have one guy on it all day, the other guy is on standby if he needs help

So when you import a list with phone numbers like from batch skip tracing that has several different phone numbers how do you filter through the phone numbers and pick the right one to text to? Which Skiptracing company do you use?
I text them all but I clean up the lists so I only SMS cell phones

If I have a list of 1000 people to text blast can I use one number for that 1k people to send text blast daily
After 200 sms you will be labeled as spam
So if you’re using 60 numbers, I guess you had to register your business with Twilio? Did you create a separate LLC just for this purpose?
I don’t remember if I had to do any special registration, but they have not asked me to verify any info, I still and and delete phone numbers for cold calling because they get spammed all the time

There are a few reasons I won’t but my deliver rate is pretty high 90%+

They are super cheap I send about 1500-2000 sms per day and I spend about $500 a month

Can’t be more than 200 sms daily per phone number per day so if your campaign sends 3 sms over 3 days you can drip more than 60 people per day

Lmfao $10k for a stupid lot, I sold the lot for $35k I don’t need to negotiate when I know what I can pay, I stay away from preschool negotiation tactics, what I do with my money is my business
